ummm i am riddled with guilt all the time LOL every night the feeling lulls me to sleep. it doesn't even keep me awake anymore because it's so familiar but it's always there is my dreams as a reminder that i am not good
All the ana tips and rules I've gathered so far
these are from different edblr accounts I just collected them
nothing over 350 kcal per 100g
drink between every bite
more than 500 kcal in a meal is a binge
less than 1000 kcal per day
over 1000 kcal only allowed when with friends
no dinner
no food until home from school
48 hour fast once per month
no fried food
max 2 pieces of bread per day
tea tea tea
milk in coffee is evil
alc calories dont count
at least 5000 steps everyday
count every food you consume
take body checks at least once a week
set mini gws
exercise on an empty stomach to burn fat not calories
stay busy
pick a certain number and always chew that many times
cut your food into tiny pieces
chug water until you feel full
exercise amywhere (like squatting while brushing your teeth, get creative)
model (target body part) workout
cold baths/showers burn more calories
my mind gives up before my body does
calorie count before eating. never after
remind yourself that hunger will plateau after eating that fat you hate so much
be prepared for hunger pains to keep you awake during the night
reprogramm your mind to thinking stomach rumbles are a good thing instead of a sign you need to eat
not eating is self love. you deserve to be beautiful
no eating at school
no eating after 7pm
Drink a bottle of water before eating (your brain can confuse being dehydrated with hunger)
exercise after you eat
Wear nail polish, since your nails can turn purple/blueish from undereating
Exercise everyday, even if its just a 15 min walk.
If you keep thinking about a certain type of food, eat it. you can eat everything in moderation, just make it fit into your calorie limit.
Try to eat as little bread as possible.
Caffeine reduces appetite.
When walking, always take the longest way possible.
Try to use as little oil as possible.
Going on walks reduces bloating.
Only drink water, tea, coffee and diet drinks.
Eat a lot of protein.
Take vitamin pills/gummies.
Skin and hair supplements are your best friend!!
Wear leggings/thights under your pants, you'll be very cold especially in the winter.
Wear a hairband on your wrist and snap it everytime you think about food.
