“One day you’ll have whatever it is you’re now so confusedly seeking. That kind of calm that comes from knowing oneself and others. But you can’t rush the arrival of that state of mind. There are things you only learn when no one teaches them. And that’s how it is with life. There’s even more beauty in discovering it for yourself, in spite of the suffering. Sensitive people are both unhappier and happier than others. But give it some time.” —Clarice Lispector #NoteToSelf ⭐️ artwork by @elesq https://www.instagram.com/p/Bm_woRdhCoM/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=jmp8vov46p1k
MERCURY SQUARE PLUTO
Nothing goes unnoticed with these individuals, it is both a blessing and a curse! People with this aspect are naturally suspicious and love to dig deep, sometimes to the point of paranoia. They search for ulterior motives even when there are none. However, despite this, investigation is something these types are naturally talented at. Curiosity is a driving force for those with this aspect. These people have an interest in anything taboo or “hidden, “ they love to discuss the darker aspects of life. This aspect can lead to obsessive thought patterns, and the mental space of these individuals can be a rather intense experience. Learning how to tell the difference between fact and feeling is an important lesson, as well as trying to garner peace within the mind. Daily mediation is a must for those with this placement.

I feel empty, deficient, lost. But I allow this and refuse to manipulate events. There is no compulsion to run or hide. This is a hero’s attitude. When the meaningless is surrendered there is space for grace to alight.
A.H. Almaas
I see that you are going through a rough patch, some doubt, instability, as if you think you might have a deficit here and there. Of course, it's fascinating to explore the psychological realms, but for now, I urge you not to read anything into your ill feelings. Simply allow them without adding needless stories; no need to paint legs on a snake. By simply allowing and not reacting, you create a space of awareness around them. As the space becomes calm and still, the feelings lose power and you regain a sense of stability. As you see, difficult feelings can teach you who you are and who you are not. You come to see them simply as a temporary, conditioned energy movement within you. And actually, they are not "yours" but conditions of the human mind affected by innumerous factors. Although you should never discount or dismiss the reality of what is temporary, either in yourself or others, you nevertheless come to see that you are ultimately the knowing, not the temporary condition.
Eckhart Tolle
The key is to stay connected with your inner body - to feel it. Directing consciousness to it is akin to increasing a flow of electricity that activates a sense of stability and centeredness. This is a transformative process. There is a diminishment of anxious, fearful impulses while seemingly attracting open, positive circumstances.
Eckhart Tolle
What I point out to you is only that you shouldn’t allow yourselves to be confused by others. Find what is essential in own yourself and act without doubt. People today can’t do this. They are afflicted with a lack of confidence. If you do not spontaneously trust yourself, you will be in a frantic state, pursuing all sorts of objects.
Lin-Chi

Keep remembering , especially during times of difficulty, the 'I am'; not I am this and I expect that, just the ‘I am’. That is enough to take you beyond confusion. Have trust. I don't mislead you.
