to understand movie Michael’s character you MUST understand this
What a loser, I love him. He's such a creep, just like his father.
Hey guys, here’s a great life hack for adding whimsy and joy to your life: get a new crush. It’ll make you giggle and curl your toes and grin like an idiot and it’s so FUNNN!!! 💕✨🌸💖✨🌸💕💖
I'm obsessed with the new photos!!😭💕
As a Finn Wolfhard fan, I’m so tired and saddened by the hate for him.
Before I continue, I know that literally every celebrity has haters. I get it. It’s a part of being in the public eye and everyone having different opinions. Which is all fine and good.
HOWEVER.
The sheer AMOUNT of hatred for Finn is astounding. I know Instagram is always full of haters but man, is it hard to find a comment section that isn’t oozing with hatred for the guy.
They pick apart every single part about him, it feels like. They hate his singing, they diss his acting, they insult his face (HELLO, he can’t control what he looks like?!?!), they insult his body (I don’t see enough people mad about that btw), they say he should just stop doing the things that he loves and just stop because what? Because his music isn’t your style? Because you don’t like him as an actor? Because you simply hate his face and think he’s ugly? And what, are you a grown adult hating on a guy who you’ve watched grow up through media and now he’s a young adult and you feel like it’s okay to just say all of your nasty opinions? You can sleep peacefully at night knowing that you said all the nasty things that nobody needed or wanted to read but hey, you spoke your mind!!!!!!!
Again, I know this happens to EVERYONE, celebrity or not. But coming from someone who just stepped into the Finn Wolfhard fandom, UGHHH, I’m so tired of seeing a guy who’s honestly barely an adult (and I say this as a fellow 23 year old) get torn apart by some random people on the internet who never learned how to just SCROLL and NOT COMMENT ON EVERYTHING. And we KNOW Finn goes online and sees all of this. I pray that he somehow doesn’t see all the crap people post, he’s an incredibly talented person and he's clearly doing what he loves (and he's good at it!) which is so dang admirable.
It really all comes down to: stop cyberbullying people. Not just Finn but everyone. I don't care it's through a screen, words can hurt and affect people forever.
P.S. Side note but while I know it's a joke, I kinda hate how many times people comment "I love whatever's wrong with him 😭" on literally EVERY video of him?? Like bro, I knowwww you're just saying the new funny thing to say but it comes across as weird. So what, he's acting silly and funny and being himself and you're calling that "wrong?" It's kinda sad, honestly.
