    In ever calming dark and gentle breeze, the Xaela sat listening, watching, wondering. The gentle shift of leaves, the calming call of the woods, an environment now peaceful and devoid of the everlasting light that once claimed it’s skies. It is here that Lucian Tayuun found himself reflecting.

    While many of the events of late had left the so-called Warrior of Light wary, weary, and curious, nothing had quite piqued his interest more than the Ascian Emet-Selch’s insight to the lifestream. Witnessing Y’shtola be plucked from the flow as easily as one would swat a fly stirred up an undying sense of wonder and familiarity that had yet to fade. It was almost as if he could actually see into that never ending river of souls. How could a task that they barely achieved in the past otherwise be so damn simple for this being-- Ascian or no? 

    Though, brooding only gets you so far when the subject is nowhere in sight to even consider approaching. The one time Lucian actually found himself wishing for the other’s company and he wasn’t sure how to even begin looking. A heavy sigh leaves him-- if he were a nap loving Ascian, where would he be…?
