i think it might be a good idea, when you’re designing a villain, if you look at them and think “why do these characteristics make me think of them as villainous” and like, if those characteristics reflect groups of real-life marginalized people….maybe, don’t go with those design choices?

I should sleep but I'm anxious about meeting thing 1's teacher tomorrow I need to find my binder but it might be too hot anyway, it's August Anyway stuff about Alana's (sort of) kid I can't remember what their name was but they probably have gone thru a lot of different ones over the years and will eventually settle on... something I haven't decided. Officially, according to the stormwind orphanage, their name is Lilac or something similar. They won't answer to it and Alana gets a tiny bit of respect for using whatever name they're trying on at the moment. Eventually they'll grow up to be a big strong warrior type. The berserking sort. Lots of muscles. Alana is proud. Their hair is a muddy brown, but in the right light they have copper highlights, and Alana insists that they have red hair just like "Uncle Sal" who, mysteriously, only visits at night and always wears sunglasses.
