It’s been so long writing one of these hahaha but if you keep up with me, thank you! I truly appreciate it. I haven’t written one of these in a about two years which is insane. Looking back at the last “journal” entry I made, Ive definitely grown a lot since then. I used to be fixated on one person at a time, but I realize you can balance multiple relationships. And no, I don’t mean romantic relationships. Before, I would prioritize the boy I was talking to and then forget about friendships but I realize how bad that is. Along with this, Ive learned about my love language and what I need to be happy (with or without a partner).

Since then, I did meet someone and it was truly the best relationship I ever had. We were never official but we would talk all day, spend weekends together, and have our own unique bond. Being with him taught me so much, but due to personal reasons (won’t disclose for his privacy) we had to end things. Given that we’re both adults it was very mature. He was so kind to me even when I was crying. Since then, we haven’t talked but I really wish him the best. He knew I’ve never been in a formal relationship nor have I fallen in love and when I told him I had hoped he’d be someone I’d love, he said “I may not be your first but who knows? Maybe we’ll reunite and I’ll be your last”. Honestly, I feel that we may cross paths again in the future. But for now, I’ll continue working on myself and trusting that everything happens for a reason.
