Drinking water

No longer making self deprecating jokes

Making sure to take time out of the day to relax and take a breather

Lighting candles

Counting ur breaths in and out if ur having a panic attack

Getting up and trying to do one thing even if u can’t do everything maybe brushing ur teeth but not having the energy to shower

The thing I find interesting about this season is that, despite the fact that all of Adrien's relationships have been crumbling since episode 2, his friendship with Marinette is at worst unaffected and at best stronger than ever.

Literally -- Kagami, Chloé, Nino, Ladybug, his father -- everyone who matters to him has abandoned him in some way, shape, or form. Except Marinette. Every time he has significant interaction with Marinette -- Psycomedian, Guiltrip, Sentibubbler, Glaciator 2 -- his relationship with her has only been strengthened.

As far as I can tell, there's no particular reason for this. I don't think it acts in service of his arc, and given how much Marinette's arc this season has been about how unaware she is, it would make sense for their relationship to be slipping away and for her not to realize it. But that's not the case.

They just.... Work. As friends. They're committed. They specifically want not to hurt each other, and will try their hardest to make that happen.

In conclusion: Stan Adrinette <3

If I may plug my depressed Adrien agenda, there is a reason for it. And we find out in this episode:

She makes him laugh.

When the world feels like it's falling apart, he knows he can seek comfort from her. When he is down, she can bring lift him up. Similar to his relationship with Plagg and why it works so well, because what Adrien values most of all is a friend who brings him joy.

And that's what matters most.

If Marinette hadn't been in her depressive fugal state in Kuro Neko, I believe 100% that she would have noticed Adrien's absence and been one of the first to see him and cheer him up.

It makes me wonder if this is deliberate, and that during the finale when Adrien has to leave it will be Marinette and her friendship that gives him the strength to try and stay. Or maybe it will play a role in how he reacts to her confession....

Idk most people have probably already seen this manga panel but I just saw it on twitter for the first time and it legit just made me cry.

The way my poor son has nightmares about his mom and wakes up, startling plagg and the only thing he says is "sorry" .
