Founded by a vainglorious (่ชๆใใ) outlaw of the West, this house carries a notorious reputation, drawing inspiration from the world of Home on the Range.
The students here are known for their unruly yet sharp-witted nature. Rather than blindly following rules, they embrace a rebellious streak, often seeking thrills in risky endeavors. They occasionally stir up trouble of their own volition by engaging in dangerous mischief. However, despite their subversive tendencies, they are also incredibly industrious, dependable, and unexpectedly talented. They take great pride in showcasing their skills whether in magic or more unconventional talents. Notably, students here possess exceptional prowess in both defensive and offensive magic, as well as remarkable skill in gunslinging.
Of course, regulations are in place to prevent things from going too far. The house is led by a Head and Vice Head, who bear the responsibility of keeping problematic students in check by any means necessary to maintain NRCโs overall well-being. Following a simple set of rules is a must. And be warnedโbefriending them means getting dragged into their antics unless you can keep them from getting too reckless.
Social background holds no weight here. Whether you're of noble birth, a townsperson, or from a humble farm, this house values freedom above all. Students take pride in Western culture to prove that the cowboy spirit thrives in Twisted Wonderland.
Upon being sorted into this dorm, every student is encouraged to work in the mines as part of their daily labor.

Dorm Settings
The dormโs environment is similar to Savanaclawโs dry terrain but with more greeneryโscattered trees and cacti lining the landscape. Students reside within the towering cliffs of a rugged mountain, with the dorm itself extending into underground mines[1]

DORM ROOMS
Imagine our dorm rooms looking like rustic yet well-maintained cabin houses, perched on cliffs and supported by sturdy planks. Wooden stairs and bridges connect the cabins, making it easy to move between them. A minecart railway system also runs through the dorm with adding both convenience and character to the environment[2]
COMMON ROOM
The common room has the cozy atmosphere of a lodge provides a perfect place to relax or concentrate on studies. If you ever need a quiet spot for group study sessions with friends, this is the place to be
MINES
There is a vast underground network divided into multiple levels beneath the dorm lies the Dark Hallow Mines. While the mine itself extends deeper, only the first three levels are officially permitted for students to explore and work in. The Dorm Head determines which level each student is assigned to, based on their capabilitiesโthough in some cases, students may choose for themselves.
First Level: Traditional mining, where students must work without magic and rely solely on standard mining tools.
Second Level: Miners are allowed to use magic alongside traditional tools for efficiency.
Third Level: Reserved for experienced miners who are permitted to handle small amounts of dynamite in addition to using magic.
Deeper Levels: Beyond these three, the lower levels of the mines are strictly off-limits. Their existence is shrouded in mystery with numerous rumors circulating among studentsโwhispers of curses, evil spirits, lurking monsters, and even tales of students who ventured too deep and never returned. Some believe these depths hold hidden treasures while others claim theyโre haunted by those who perished centuries ago. The eerie stories make these forbidden tunnels a prime location for students daring to play โKimodameshiโ (test of courage). However, due to the maze-like structure of the mines, getting lost is incredibly easyโeven retracing oneโs footsteps can prove futile.
There exists an alternative way to enter and exit Tumbleranch aside from using the Hall of Mirrors. A long tunnel connects our dormโs mines to the Dwarves' Mines (as seen in the prologue chapter). However, a wall of debris blocks the way at what appears to be a dead end. In reality, this so-called wall is nothing more than an illusionโcrafted by an unknown magic user to keep outsiders from discovering the passage.
Very few students are aware of this hidden tunnel and for good reason. If someone were to venture too far into the Dwarvesโ Mineโs inferior levels, they would find themselves facing hundreds of ghosts and stumbling upon the illusory wall by accident. As such, itโs best that this passage remains undiscovered unless absolutely necessary.
PRIVATE SALOON
Nestled below the dorm cabins lies our very own private saloon, "The Rowdy Horde." Itโs a lively hotspot where students gather after a long day of mining or attending classes, rewarding themselves with good company and entertainment. The saloon features a stage where anyone is free to performโwhether itโs singing, dancing, or playing music with all their heart. The atmosphere is always buzzing with energy, making it the perfect place to unwind.
Here at The Rowdy Horde, the signature drink is the classic Root Beer Floatsโbut there are rules. Only students 18 and above are allowed to drink root beer while younger students can enjoy other beverages like apple cider, milkshakes, and cherry soda. Unlike what Octavinelle offers with high price, every drink here is priced at 50 Maddols each.
Since this saloon is meant to be exclusive to our dorm, students are strictly forbidden from spreading information about it to outsiders. However, if students from other dorms do find out about The Rowdy Horde and wish to visit, they may do soโbut only under the condition that they keep it a secret from the Headmaster and school staff.

Uniform References
Dorm:
The standard uniform consists of a brown and orange cowboy hat paired with a blue bandana tied around the neck. Students wear a light orange long-sleeve shirt with yellow buttons, layered under a suede open vest featuring two patch pockets on the chest (the dorm logo is embroidered on the right side). The vest is decorated with orange frills and dark blue running stitches for added detail. Over the shirt, students wear a large blaze-colored shawl with orange frills, giving them a distinct, rugged look.
For the lower half, the uniform includes brown chaps over shingle-fawn denim pants, both stitched with intricate running patterns. The waist is secured with an ebony buckle, completing the ensemble.
The footwear consists of brown cowboy boots with black, pointed tips and light metal locks at the ankles and across the foot for extra flair.
Customization is encouraged! Everyone is free to personalize their uniform however they like! ๐๐ค
Work:
Miners wear navy blue overalls with bull-strap hooks and deep blue running stitches, paired with a white shirt underneath. A blue scarf is tied around the neck for added style and practicality. For protection, they wear black and deep blue-tan gloves, sturdy boots, and a navy blue mining cap to ensure safety while working underground.

Main Weapons
Magic Gun (Magic Pen)
Students sorted into Tumbleranch have the exclusive ability to transform their magic pens into firearmsโa feature unavailable to any other dormitory. While it may seem unconventional for students to wield such weapons, this ability allows them to master both precision aiming and the fusion of magic with firepower.
Each student can customize their gun's appearance to reflect their personal style, ensuring that no two weapons look exactly alike. However, these arenโt ordinary firearmsโthe bullets they fire are limitless and infused with elemental magic (fire, water, plant), just like spells cast from a standard magic pen. While non-lethal, these magical bullets inflict physical pain or stinging effects upon impact, making them powerful tools in combat.
Only Tumbleranch students are permitted to fight using firearms, but they still have the option to battle traditionally with magic pens if they prefer.
Lasso
A practical tool used for capturing, restraining, or taming opponents. Students can carry them as part of their uniform if they choose.
Dynamite/Bombs
Some students utilize small to large-sized explosives as a strategic counterattack against opponents, but these are only permitted during battles.

Ebenizer Blackburn (2nd Year)
A bison beastman who proudly calls himself "the strongest delinquent among delinquents" at NRC. Heโs known for his short temper and often picks fightsโespecially with Savanaclaw, whom he deems "inferior." Despite his terrifying bad-boy reputation, Ebenizer is fiercely loyal and serves as the dorm headโs personal bodyguard.
Clinton Hollingsbeck (Vice Dorm Head, 2nd Year)
A no-nonsense perfectionist who hates wasting time and is always seen checking his pocket watch. He wishes the students of Tumbleranch would be more disciplined instead of constantly slacking off. As the dorm headโs right-hand man and business partner, he takes his responsibilities seriously in working tirelessly to reform and turn it into a well-structured dorm.
Ferdrick YโOddel (Dorm Head, 3rd Year)
A narcissistic and flashy leader who thinks highly of himself. Ferdrick takes great pride in his yodeling skills and obsessively praises his favorite outlaw legend, often rambling about them to his peers. His sadistic nature unsettles most students but what truly terrifies them is his uncontrollable furyโespecially when he wields his favorite weapon: a branding iron.
Hunter McGriffin (3rd Year)
A mysterious and enigmatic figure who is difficult to interpret. Hunter struggles with understanding and expressing emotions, speaking slowly and in very few wordsโparticularly when it comes to talking about himself. His face and expressions are often hidden behind his bandana which makes him even harder to read. Despite his reserved nature, his movements are eerily quick and intimidating.
Cole Brantley (1st Year)
A deranged yet brilliant young inventor with an obsession for creating bombs, though he tends to be quite dim-witted when it comes to anything unrelated to his inventions. Childish and mischievous, he enjoys testing his creations through harmless pranks on his dormmates. However, despite his chaotic energy, he becomes noticeably awkward and timid in front of the dorm head, revealing an unexpected side to his personality.
