She/her | I like posting stuff when I feel like to or school begins to loom over me! I like drawing Empires and Hermitcraft. Also, I'm on working on my Intertwined Fates HC/MCYT AU | Apologies in advance if I seem asocial, I have no idea how to interact with others online and been working on it. I'm not really a conversation starter. | Also, thanks in advance for the likes and reblogs <3
This is an AU trying to connect the many MC SMPs together into one coherent storyline and multiple arcs that are connected with one another. It is Hermitcraft-centric (for now until I fully flesh the whole cast out especially their arcs). It will soon feature other SMPs like Dream SMP, Mindcrack, Evo, Empires, X-Life, Legacy, and Third Life. It is called intertwined fates because each character is connected with the others in one way or another, even though they are from different SMPs. Of course, they also mainly feature my headcanons but I also really like to be detailed with and following the “canonical” aspects of the characters as much as I can.
“Each player has its own story to tell, its own secrets to hide, and its fate intertwined with other players. Fate is like a complicated web continuously weaving until the end of their lives. This complex web connects with the webs of other players and their fates connect without them even knowing. No one knows what will destiny entails them except, of course, Us, the Gods of Minecraftia. We watch them from above, a plane unknown to players, watching the spectacle unfold before Our eyes.”
This AU will be composed of arcs, some arcs are standalone while others overlap with each other. These arcs tell the story of each character, their backstories, and contribute to the overall storyline of the AU.

About Hermitcraft (History)(Characters)(Arcs)
Hermitcraft is a famous group of players known for their wonderful and jaw-dropping builds and impressive redstone contraptions (though the only group that goes beyond their contraptions is Scicraft). They call themselves “Hermits.” They are one of the few original known SMPs that managed to survive until the present and so many people admire their works.
For all their fame, they are quite enigmatic. No one knows who their leader (or Admin) is or who even belongs to the group. No one knows how to join or what are the motives of the group. From time to time, people would be aware of some unique spell to chant to enter the world they had filled with structures and contraptions. The worlds they leave behind hold no trace of who they are, the names and heads used of each Hermit are blacked out so no one can know who they truly are.
Many think that the group is composed of like-minded people who want to anonymously populate worlds with beautiful builds, some say they may be a safe haven for those who are lost, others are suspicious of their secrecy and think that there is something sinister behind the structures that they create, those skeptical think of them as a myth created by deceitful individuals, some say they might be gods. They have seen that they are a peaceful group, but there are parts of the worlds that are littered with destruction (for example, the times they fought numerous withers that eventually littered at the far away parts of the world and the battlefield of the S6 Civil War). Some even say the members are connected to some SMPs like Scicraft and Mindcrack, but the members vehemently deny that they know people from Hermitcraft.
All they know is that the group values secrecy over everything else. There is always a possibility that someone you pass by or talk to may possibly belong to Hermitcraft. Who knows?

Info dump out of the way, this post will be extended soon with other information of the AU. It might be messy for now but I’ll clean it up some other time. The AU is still in the works and me being an annoying perfectionist when it comes to timelines and details, I’ll might retcon them if it doesn’t fit,
I am still full of ideas from what happened recently in Empires, but I just noticed something from watching Gem's recent episode.
Is it me or is there a coincidental parallel between the characters Pearl and Gem portray in Empires and how people portray them in Hermitcraft?
Hear me out.
In Hermitcraft, people usually headcanon Pearl as some sort of moon spirit or just connected to the moon in general, while people usually portray Gem as a nature spirit or something.
In Empires, Gem is a wizard using crystals for magic with some sort of connection with the moon. In her latest episode, she says something along the lines of collecting her power from the moon. On the other hand, Pearl is a farmer queen and deeply connected with nature by building trees, farming, and terraforming the land and all (something similar that HC! Gem does in her base but with a much different theme). I've even seen others headcanon her as nature spirit or something.
Just a neat coincidence I've noticed.
Am I making sense? Maybe I'm just making a huge stretch. I don't know. I have a habit of connecting things that don't really make sense.
[All I know is that I'm starting to headcanon Empires! Gem as actually having moon magic and uses amethyst crystals as a medium to channel and amplify her power. From research, I've seen that soaking amethysts in moonlight can recharge its healing properties.]
…i am now jealous of hermit group calls because apparently grian and etho interactions happen often enough that they consistently make joe laugh. i want these forbidden grian and etho interactions,
I feel like... this isn't going to be last time we'll see Xornoth or just the corruption in general. The arc felt inconclusive to me, but not in a bad way. It feels like there's more to come and with Scott teasing us with the eternal winter thing, he has a skin where he probably wears the crystal, and a festival coming that probably involves everyone, I think there's more to come.
And encasing someone in a crystal? From experience, that doesn't gonna last very long till he gets out of that in one way or another.
Okay - I've just recently caught up on Empires and WHAT DO YOU MEAN ROSEBLINGS ARE NOW CANON?! SEABLINGS ALSO?! AND THEY HAVE A MUSICAL NUMBER?! SINCE WHEN BOTH SCOTT AND LIZZIE CAN SING?! IT IS SO GOOD! WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING IN EMPIRES?!
"We need to support our king. Hire a bard to play music for him."
People say he is a calm man, except for the one time he bawled his eyes out and drunk a whole bottle of wine when news came that King Sausage (platonically) kissed King Jimmy.
Damn it, I suddenly have the urge to write two individual essays why I love Hermitcraft and Empires so much. They have few similarities that draw me in the first place, but also distinct qualities that made me stay.
The problem is I have a thesis to write, an ad campaign to post, and other school works to finish, but I really want to write about empires and Hermitcraft.
