Manchester United was the early kick off against Swansea City. It was Louis Van Gaal's first home match at Old Trafford. It was not the dream start the Dutch manager would have wanted. Leicester and QPR the new teams of the 2014/2015 season played their first games at home. Leicester faced Everton that ended in a two all draw. Although QPR were against last seasons new boys Hull City. Harry Redknapp's QPR team did not start well with a home loss of 0-1. The other new team Burnley will be playing their first home game against Chelsea on Monday evening.
London derby called with West Ham against Tottenham, that saw spurs win by a singular goal and were down to ten men. Other games that saw a singular goal was Stoke versus Aston Villa. However West Bromwich Albion had a two all draw with Sunderland, that sees both teams getting a point on the board.
Arsenal are the late kick off against Crystal Palace.
