♡ rules ♡ every tuesday and friday should be fast days you can eat from 8am to 6pm make a list of foods to cut out chew a bite of food 15-25 times eat 300-900 calories per day sit up straight and do back exercises drink at least 1.5-2 liter of water per day and at least one green tea bag keep a cute ana diary eat as much raw veggies and fruits as possible
♡ quick tips ♡ drink water before every meal do 100 crunches every day chew food until it disintegrates put your fork down between mouthfuls do 100 jumping jacks after every meal read your diary on a daily basis eat with your non-dominant hand to boost your metabolism drink coffee or green tea make a bracelet that will remember you about your goal try to burn half of the calories you’ve eaten
♡ distractions ♡ chew gum when hungry drink a glass of iced water count slowly to 100 clean something gross smell or drink black coffee keep a timer for 5-10 minutes and eat when the timer is up make an ana journal or blog pedicure/manicure give yourself a spa day do some yoga or pilates have a long shower brush your teeth dance and listen to music study up on diets take up a new hobby watch fashion or diet based television work out for ten minutes

*sleeping as much as possible to keep yourself from binging *drinking so much green tea or coffee on an empty stomach that your hands shake *pushing on your stomach to stop the growling *exercising until your legs feel weak *peeing 40 times a day *weighing yourself daily *having to say no to foods you once loved *hiding your illness from family/boyfriend/friends *choking on giant vitamins *wearing jackets in the summer because you’re always cold *always being covered in bruises *binging when you’re alone… *…and then trying to puke or shit the guilt away *staring at thinspo literally 24/7 *crying when the number on the scale just won’t move no matter how long you fast *feeling guiltily proud of all your symptoms

~ when i saw lower number on scale
~ when i said “no” for all this snacks that someone offered me
~ when my best friend worried when i didn’t eat anything in school and she wanted me to eat instead of giving me this little jokes about my weight
~ when i bought and drank 0.5l water bottle in tram that my mum won’t see that i didn’t bought any food
~ when i gave all sweets i had to my friends instead of eat them
~ when my stomach started growling
~ when we accidentally talked about calories and she said that 1500 cal is perfect amount for us and then i felt just this power and i felt stronger, that i can eat my freaking 800 and it’s still low for some people. It’s good to remember.

Do you have any tips about binge eating? Because for the past few days I keep eating and eating and I always feel like shit after. I have to forcefully stop myself from purging. I need to stop binge eating. Please help
Here are my tips to stop binging:
1. Make a promise to yourself to stop binging. We all have choices and you have to make a firm decision to change. Believe in yourself, you can do it.2. Get rid of unhealthy temptations, remove them from your home. If you live with your parents, ask them to buy you healthier foods. 3. Get in the kitchen, learn to cook wholesome, healthy plant based meals.4. Go one day where you eat as healthy as possible. This is the first day of change. Make a warming soup or superfood salad. 5. Eat slowly and drink lots of water before and during your meal. Be mindful about portion sizes and say no to seconds.6. Don’t go hungry. Restricting or starving could lead to a binge. If you’re hungry reach for fruit or veggies and hummus.7. Try to cut down on sugar, it is highly addictive and is so bad for you. Also try to avoid processed foods.8. See it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. Consider going vegetarian or vegan. 9. Remember that it only takes 3 weeks to make or break a habit. After this initial period healthy eating will become easy and enjoyable.

eating 1000 calories will not make you gain weight. (unless your metabolism is dead - but typically, no.) so if you feel like you’re going to faint or you’re too weak; you will not gain weight if your calorie intake is 1000 calories. most of us (including me) restrict insanely low. 500, 200, 800. and that’s okay, we’re sick. it’s expected. but! your safety is important. eating a banana because you almost passed out during chemistry is okaaayyyy. breathe. you’re okay. you will not gain weight because you ate a little extra. if you ate 800 and felt too weak to function and ate a little bit of toast to help that and your intake got up to 950, it’s okay. (specific example. just to make things even simpler.) so breathe, have some tea. you’re okay. you’re fine.
