Back at it and trying out @stuffedsg Daily Bowl for the first time. Smoked Salmon, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cabbage, Onions, Salsa with Lentils, Black Beans, Sweet Potato and Soba. (A tad bit carb heavy but I needed it) This served as a light dinner and my 2nd bowl of salad for 4th meal of the day. Great to bump into a familiar face at Paya Lebar outlet and feels like home again. (🤔 does this mean more stuff'd meals????) #stuffedsg

A Simple Approach to Nutrition would be to eat the colors of the Rainbow. A bowl of Greens with other colorful vegetables and fruits would help you cover your bases with Nutrients. Just as with Exercise, do and eat more of the things you like to build adherence and slowly find and add on other components of Health (Activity AND Nutrition) to move towards a more Holistic approach to Wellness. #balance is the key here. #health is the target + reward. Embrace the #journey instead of looking for an end.
