This is my lovely doggo, Hailey, who loves and believes in you :) I send encouraging snapchats of her to brighten my friends' days, so I decided to start this blog to share my bat dog's positivity (and other positivity posts) with all of you, too!! You'll mostly find nature, humor, positivity posts, animal posts, and psychology stuff, as I'm a psych major, but I will try to post as much of my doggo as possible!! Nobody else is watching you the way you're watching yourself. No one is evaluating or judging you like you're evaluating and judging yourself. Everyone else is far too preoccupied with their own flaws and struggles to scrutinize your every move. Find peace in this.

no one tells you how much of life takes practice. not just writing, painting, running, singing, etc, but practicing how to make friends. how to make the right ones. getting practiced at how to be a good friend, a good sibling, a good person. practice identifying when people haven’t earned that. learning to recognize your right to rage and, eventually, how to offer mercy. so much of life is muscle memory, and i’ve begun to realize there are so many more parts of ourselves to flex and stretch and strengthen than those we’re taught in anatomy lessons
