Ferdinand popped in, and dropped a little care basket in Corrupt's lap. "Lovely to see you active again darling, keep having fun." Inside the basket, there was home made muffins in a variety of flavors, and... tea.

He saw the anon and was surprised she even appeared, how long had it been now? years?“hey-” was the only thing he got out of his mouth before they vanished in a puff of smoke leaving behind only a little care basket. The scent of freshly baked muffins and the faint smell from tea giving him a warm feeling in his chest.

He had a smile on his face before it slowly turned into a soft frown as the light in his eyes dulled to a darkened yellow.

Looking up to the greyscale sky of his inverted world “Guess this is come uppings for taking for granted your company, huh? You say a few words and just poof like you do…”Corrupt picked up a muffin and tipped it “Hopefully you found yourself somewhere nice.”

He took a bite of the muffin.

“And yes, wuv is part of the issue. It’s my nature to want to mother people. I have all this food and no one to share it with, so please. Eat just a little. Not all, but something. Then I’ll send some home for you and Dem and leave you alone.”

Jay watched her drag her hand down her face in annoyance. He sat there slumped in the chair looking at her then glancing at the food.  With the dependent remark jay clicked his tongue. “We’re not dependent on each other. I mean he probably doesn’t even need to at this point, he’s been human for a while now.” Then he sighed “Listen, I don’t like eating. I don’t think you get it but I just don’t like it alright? I know my limits I keep myself fed enough to function and I don’t need you being a mother to me when you’re not my mother.”

Though he did push himself most the time on how long he could go if he was in a particularly bad rut.

“Then take some home for when you do eat?” She’d ask. “It won’t go bad, courtesy of my magic. Although I’m not sure how well it’ll work around you.” 

She’d grin at him, the last comment laced with snark.

Jay would proceed to act like dead weight the whole way to her house,not moving. The meal presented to him he wouldn’t event take a bite, he’d just aim his glock at her from the other end of the table.“You don’t have to fucking force feed me. I’m not hungry. Not like I could even eat all this, do you know even how small my stomach is? I’d go in my stomach and I’d vomit it right back up in the bathroom.”
