I usually don’t do this but as we come upon a new year sometimes we reflect on how far we have come. I am no fitness guru but as I’ve become older I have adopted the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy feeling strong. I wanted change and I worked towards it. I am still working towards being stronger and leaner but enjoying every little accomplishment along the way. The gym used to be a scary and intimidating place but now it’s my playground. Keep going, never give up on your personal goals and stay strong. 💪🏾
