The Blue Rose

Isn't it pretty? I never thought that I would find something so pretty from watching a TV show!

This week a new New Zealand TV show was bought to my attention. The Blue Rose. 

IT IS AMAZING!!!!

I miss Outrageous Fortune so much so when the same writers have a show with some of the same cast members, I instantly fall in love! Who couldn't? Its Loretta and Pascal back together doing things that aren't necessarily legal but they still get the results. How could I not love it?!?!?

So yeah. I am going to go and be a mega fan girl for The Blue Rose now. I shall see you later!!!!

The Good Luck Girl

Meet Meave, your typical girl next door who just wants to run away from everyday life. Or at least that's what we think she is running away from. 

It is very obvious to everyone that Meave wants to run away from something, and I have to admit I was more than a little surprised when I found out what Meave was running from but other than that she is an amazing hard working character whom I have to admit since reading this book I kind of want to become my best friend.

I just randomly picked this up off the shelf at the library and I have to say, I haven't quite had such a good random pick in quite awhile. I do love that sometimes you can get the most amazing stuff from the randomest spots.

I liked it because I want to be able to do what Meave did. She had a goal and headed towards it, something that I have no idea how to do in the real world. I wish I had the ability, the strength, the character, the determination to be able to do something like this and not expect anyone to bail me out. 

Maybe one day I will decide to travel somewhere randomly, and I will get stuck in a small town, and maybe, just maybe I will find a home like that. That is my ultimate dream. A dream that I know deep down, as much as I would like it, will never come true.

The Opening Act

I wasn't 100% sure weather it was a good idea to start this new blog. I have several already and while one more wouldn't really make much difference to me, I get the feeling that the way I want this one to go could become slightly more interesting and exciting than any of the others... (Complete failure's doesn't even begin to describe them). Maybe I will provide a link at some point but right now, I am going to enjoy some good ol' fashioned internet anonymity.

I'm not quite sure how this blog is going to go, I have a fair idea but that doesn't always mean that that is where it will end up.I want to create a sort of review blog about everything that I watch and read in my life but I don't want my blog to become just about that. 

I want to start reviewing what I have read/watched/seen recently but I have no doubt that everything will become different in a couple of days, just be forewarned anyone who actually happens to read and come across this, it will probably be the most fundamentally boring blog on the entire planet... but don't let me put you off. :) Yeah, I really am that weird.

I am going to go and do a little busy work preparing for the new way my blog is going to work, I shall try and put myself out there a little more once I have prepared myself a little more. 

Signing off, when I come back maybe I will have made someone cry? You never know what could happen in the next couple of hours.
