Well it's been a long since the last time I updated my progress but here I am.
After a long time looking for the best workout for me I finally found it in dancing, dancing has helped me a lot with my self-stem and my anxiety and what's more important I do it cause it makes me happy and not because it makes me lose weight.
So my current weight is 71.5 Kg I had never lose that much weight in a healthy way before 🥰.
I have a lot work on my life, I need to finish school and it is getting harder and harder plus semester will end soon so that's mean a lot of stress but I'm not gonna give up 💪
