sometimes I feel like a little kid at a claw machine (I’m falling in love) and I see a toy I really want (I love you) and my mom will only give me one quarter (I only have one lifetime with you one moment one chance) and I spend hours trying to orientate the claw just right (I spend years talking to you being there for you hoping for you) and people are waiting behind me but I keep going (other people want to be near me enjoy my company) and I finally let the claw fall (I tell you) and the toy slips through the claw (you don’t love me the way I love you) and I lost my chance (I love you)

‘The bond between paladin and cleric is ensured by their upbringing. Chosen by bloodline, united at birth, the two are bonded together by memories and shared hardships. Mike the Brave swore to protect his cleric, Will the Wise, before they were even given their oath names. ‘

The sounds of writers block echoed through Mike’s apartment. He was supposed to post his next “chapter” of sorts today. The only issue is, he doesn’t know how to continue. He’s trying to add on to the culture of his world of fantasy characters, but all his inspiration came from DnD games of the past, and he’s run out of campaigns. He lives in New York now, while Dustin and Lucas live back in Hawkins. 

He’ll just post what he has. Only three people follow his story anyway. 

On second thought, he doesn’t want to canonize oath names. And he can’t just leave them without WHY it’s so important that Mike swore to Will before getting them.

‘Mike the Brave swore to protect his cleric, Will the Wise, before they were give their titles. Who before had done such an act? If Will didn’t become a cleric, or Mike a paladin, then they would still have to protect one another. If you swear to someone, and they die, what are you to do?’

thinking about…. Writing a fic….. where the upside down wormhole (the only thing in season five post sorcerer that I actually like)… leads to the cleridan universe…. Which is why the boys love dnd…. Because they’ve had alternate reality dnd versions of themselves…. And the whole bravebyers and wise wheeler thing happens…. Where the mikes switch (because Will has had enough)…. And it all goes down

comparing Paper Girls as a show to Paper Girls as a comic book series is so hard because the books and show are SO DIFFERENT like i love them both (perfect casting for the show) but the plotline in the show diverges from the comics so much. Like we meet Macs brother? Love. But we loose the Wari and Jahpo storyline. Do not love. I feel like they’re two different things in my mind, and I love them both

however, I did like the Mac and KJ development better in the show and the relationship of Erin with everybody better

also the tampon scene killed me

but in the books bro I WANT THE JAHPO STORYLINE IN THE SHOW. BRING BACK TH SHOW JUST FOR THE JAHPO STORYLINE
