The thing that makes living with both anxiety and depression so hard, for me at least, is that on top of being ridiculously depressed, I have my anxiety telling me I’m wasting ao much valuable time feeling like this when I could be doing things I need to be doing. That everyone around me is sick of me being like sad and lazy and that I’m just unnecessarily being a burden on everyone. It has me convinced that I have no right to be so upset when theres absolutely nothing to be upset about. And that I need to just snap out of it. Its a literal fucking war going on in my head between my need to do absolutely nothing and my need to do absolutely everything at once.
