I noticed a few ‘breeding like rabbits’ jokes in the tags of my first bunny!kylux drawing, so….it had to be done ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
hux knows exactly who’s to blame
hux rocking up to work the morning after he finally gets laid. no hair gel, smiling, cracking jokes. everyone is terrified.
“General Hux. Please tell me this is all a joke. I take military leave for three days to see my family and you’re all messing with me now. Please tell me. He. Is not. Really. Supreme. Leader. SIR, PLEASE. The joke has gone far enough hasn’t it?”
@lt-mitaka;
“Do I look like I’m joking, lieutenant?”, Hux replied, very aggravated as well. He didn’t like the new reality of the First Order, not even one bit.
He heaved a sigh, looking to his General with great anguish. This was terrible. All they’d worked for, all so many had already died for — now in HIS hands? Ren was PSYCHOTIC. Undependable. Unstable. Unworthy of what General Hux deserved.
“Are you taking bets on how long it will be until he has a nervous breakdown and gets us all killed when he can’t make a reasonable, clear decision.”
The Force vision invading Kylo's dreams was a cruel one. Lieutenant Mitaka, bound to a cold table, horrendous incisions in his abdomen pinned open. An interrogation officer within the Resistance stood over him, brushing his fingertips over Dopheld's face, wet with tears. "You can end this at any time, Mitaka. You know that." "I will... Never... Tell you anything..." "Just tell me. And this will all be over. I will grant you your death." Mitaka refused to speak.
Kylo thrashed so much in his sleep that he fell of the bed and drew his saber, ready to swing at whatever woke him. He was the only on in the room. The force user was covered in a cold sweat in shaking, he couldn’t get the image of Mitaka out of his head, it had been branded and he had to do something.
He didn’t need Hux’s permission to use his own command shuttle and took off to find the lieutenant.
When Mitaka could finally rest again, he sobbed in darkness, which only sent more pain pulsing through his wrecked body. He knew he would die here. He would never see his glorious General again – or the fearsome and awe inspiring Master of the Knights of Ren…
He shouldn’t have come here. It was all a terrible trap. His comrade that had been captured was dead. She was the bait that brought the lieutenant here.
He hoped Hux and Lord Ren and everyone else would never doubt his fierce loyalty. Maybe they would know he died without revealing any information. They would feel it in their hearts.
He was proud to give his life to the cause. Just like his brother had. He wondered if he had known what was coming. If he had had the time to think about his sacrifice. All the good he had done for the First Order.
After take off and into light speed Kylo meditated with his thoughts solely on the lieutenant, reaching out with the force he came out of light speed and went in a new direction.
When he came out of speed several hours later he was orbiting some back water planet, he could feel Mitaka was there and now being this close he knew what happened in his dream was just the beginning. Somehow he could feel Mitaka breaking on the outside.
He landed quickly and made the approach on foot, he needed the element of surprise on his side if he was going to get them both out alive.
A woman guarding the facility drew her blaster when sirens screamed the perimeter breach. Two men on other sides of the building rushed to be her backup while contacting those who were working in a surveillance room.
They fully believed it would be no challenge to stop the intruder -- and it took one second of spotting the knight to shatter every bit of confidence. One of the men even ran for his life.
"Thanks a lot, GREG!" the woman called out. She remained, firing at the knight while her comrade that hadn't fled frantically called for help and for the facility to be on lock down.
Theft is Not a Reason to Shoot Someone
He smiled and kissed him deeply, carrying him off towards their bedroom.
Kylo had ended up waking up at the crack of dawn. He had to be at work in a few hours. In the meantime, he tidied up the mess they had made last night. He considered making breakfast, but there wasn’t much he could actually make. He decided on going out to get some, so he got Vader and his coat and left the apartment in search of food.
When Mitaka awoke, he was disappointed not to find Kylo beside him. He would never have enough snuggle time with him.
Unfortunately the time alone brought his fears to the front of his mind. His history with anxiety had never been so bad as this – so bad his chest was hurting, as if the despair was clawing through his heart. The panic and terror was boundlessly consuming him, keeping him away from any thoughts beyond a need to escape.
The need was more powerful than anything he’d ever felt, but he had no where to go, suffocating in senseless panic, as if Kylo would never return and he would be alone now forever.
It made him feel ridiculous when the panic subsided as he heard Kylo at the door later in the morning. He rolled over to face a wall, hoping the evidence on his face of his red eyes would vanish before Kylo could discover he'd been crying.
"Sir! Sir, I need you!"
Orson turned hos face and looked at Mitaja. “You need me?” He wasn’t surprised. He stopped and waited for him. “What can I do for you?”
"There is a complete system failure! We have been hacked! All communications systems are down, as well as navigational controls!"
😱😱😱😱

Theft is Not a Reason to Shoot Someone
Mitaka clung to him; he knew he wouldn’t drop him, but the worry lingered as the edge of an instinct. He laughed into Kylo’s mouth, running a hand over the strong muscles in his arm as he stroked his tongue against his.
He pulled away briefly. “I love you,” he murmured, smiling softly. He kissed the edge of the other man’s mouth and trailed his lips down his neck. “Are you interested in taking this to bed, or…” he paused and looked up at Mitaka, worried as ever.
"Kylo, I love you too." Mitaka said once he caught his breath. "Y-yes, I want you to kiss me forever..."
like a saber-cat, i am feral
As his heart shattered, Mitaka gently rubbed Kylo’s back. He pressed a sweet kiss to his neck and quietly sat in the darkness with him for a long while until he spoke.
“Would you attack the next one who opens the door?” he whispered. “Then we make a run for it.”
He shook his head. Didn’t he understand? There was no way out. Kylo could barely stand, much less attack someone. They needed to wait.
To be honest, he hadn’t even thought of escape. He had thought only of survival and, eventually, of serving his master. There really was nothing to be done.
Fresh tears lined his eyes as silence lingered between them. So this was his fate then... Condemned to darkness and hunger. He whispered a submissive, "Okay..." and reached out for Kylo's hand to hold.
The holiday trip to the ER
Mitaka leaned closer to press kisses over Kylo’s (delicious) bicep. “There’s a coffee place in the gift shop… Do you want a drink?” he asked and kissed his jaw.
He nodded at that. “Yeah, coffee would be great. He hesitated before continuing. “You’re not…still beating yourself up over this, are you? Because you shouldn’t. It was an accident.”
"It's hard not to..." he asked quietly. "I ruined our christmas together. I wanted it to be special..." He slid his fingers through Kylo's hair then smoothed it down lovingly.
“Sounds like you’ve got it all figured out. It’s easy to find a career almost anywhere if you’re good with that kind of stuff.” Kylo definitely wasn’t. “Air Force, hm? You a big patriot?”
Mitaka shrugged. “Government wise, no. Just like the Air Force and such.” he said then went to get their snack out of the oven. He brought back a plate for himself and for Kylo.
As promised a Ginger General and his little hat.
someone: so ben why did you change your name
kylo ren: You think I was going to use my filthy Muggle father’s name for ever? I, in whose veins runs the blood of Salazar Slytherin himself, through my mother’s side? I, keep the name of a foul, common Muggle, who abandoned me even before I was born, just because he found out his wife was a witch? No, Harry. I fashioned myself a new name, a name I knew wizards everywhere would one day fear to speak, when I had become the greatest sorcerer in the world!
Depression hiatus
He tried to calm down, only for his head to hurt worse. He couldn’t stand up any more. He pulled away from Kylo to sit down on the floor. “I gotta sit down…” he said, rubbing his eyes. “I wanna go home, okay? Kylo?”
He shook his head and knelt down beside Mitaka. “We’re going to take you to a doctor, okay? Just to make sure you’re okay. Then we’ll go home and you can sleep the whole day. Does that sound like a deal?” he spoke softlyl to him, hesitantly.
Dopheld look up at him nervously, fresh tears gathering in his sad eyes. He repeated himself in a whisper, “I wanna go home.” Then his night became worse when he threw up on the floor and kept apologizing afterward.
Ren rubbed his back carefully, a look of sympathy on his face. One of the policemen broke away from the bunch and approached them, talking quietly with Kylo. Then Kylo pulled Mitaka to his feet and walked him over to his car, putting Mitaka in the passenger seat and sliding into the driver’s seat and starting the car. “It’ll be okay. Just a quick trip, nothing big.”
“I love you,” Dopheld said quietly before falling asleep. He woke up as they neared the hospital. “I, I wanna go home, Kylo.” he said tearfully.
"Stop staying up so late. I can never fall asleep."
Hux checked the time on his datapad. It was indeed late, he realized, sighing softly. “I didn’t realize it kept you up. I will read at the desk.”
“Please just go to sleep.” Dopheld replied. “I need you to hold me.”
Hux opened his mouth to argue but closed it and nodded, deciding he’d completed enough work for the evening. “Alright then,” he relented, yawning and setting aside his notes.
Mitaka reached for his general’s hand, bringing it to his lips to kiss his knuckles. He smiled, pulling a blanket up over them.
Hux gave a pleased sigh and moved closer, wrapping an arm around Mitaka. “You’re right, this is much better than paperwork,” he said.
Dopheld grinned, snuggling against him and pressing a sweet kiss to Hux’s lips.
