Im just gonna say it : The over and unnecessary usage and exploitation of AAVEĀ by white people (which white people LOVE to call āstan languageā)Ā is going to result in AAVE being considered as ācringey ā in a few years by popular humor accounts all over the social media and as a result most white people will stop using it bc they only care about AAVE to lookĀ ācoolā or moreĀ ātrendyā and gonna discard it from their vocabulary as soon as AAVE stops serving its purpose to them .
In a few years anyone using AAVE will be considered on the same level as anyone usingĀ ārawr xDā language by the same whites who are now enthusiastically peppering AAVE in all their internet persona and its the black people who will be either shamed into stopping using their language too as well or be consideredĀ ācringeyā for using it as they used to be considered before it becameĀ ācoolā to use AAVE.
So like, if you are not black and love using AAVE every single moment on the internet, you better not pull out theĀ āOmfg i was sooo embarrassing when i used to use all that stan language haha i cant believe i used to say all these things on my stan twitter account on a daily basis omfgā shit a few years from now on and yall better NOT make or reblog any memes or jokes making fun of anyone for using AAVE in case it becomesĀ āoutdatedā in popular culture bc AAVE isnt a fucking trend for people to latch onto whenever its convenient for them andĀ throw away when it isnt.
