arabella's got a SEVENTIES head but she's a MODERN lover, it's an EXPLORATION, she's made of OUTER space. and her lips are like the GALAXY'S edge. and her KISS the colour of a CONSTELLATION falling into place.
Bethenny bounced up and down in excitement, clapping her hands and following Lucia. Hopping into the passenger seat, she looked over at her and rolled her eyes. “He would never!” She said, buckling her seatbelt. “And if he did, I’d make a scene,” she reassured her friend. “But he definitely wouldn’t in front of his staff and the council, so you have nothing to worry about besides getting out of that,” she said, looking at her outfit again. “That he might kick you out for,” she teased.
Lucia smirked at the girls words as she buckled her seatbelt. “I have no problem believing that you’d make a scene, I just don’t want you to have to cause one,” she grinned as she began to drive towards the house. She knew that if Bethenny needed to, she would cause a riot and this made her all the more fun to be around. “Maybe I’ll just stay in this to see how he reacts,” she teased with smirk before shaking her head. “That would be a bad idea, I’d probably never be allowed to see you again,” the blonde said as she turned a corner. “Which on second thought, might be a good thing,” she joked before letting out a laugh.
he was for sure that he would have gotten a slap on the face once he has offered the fame but that was far from what had happened , seeing her take the quarter in her hand and completely miss it caused a smirk on his brims ❝ oh that’s sad ——— ❞ he teases her with a smirk on his brims as he looked at the blonde before him ❝ mh how about …. ❞ his hand smooths over her thigh and then down her leg ❝ how about we start with shoes , make it easy huh ? ❞ he snatched the coin away from her hand slides a shot her way ❝ come on mamacita . ❞ he says with a smirk as he slams the coin on the table , making it land inside the shot glass . grabbing another shot he slides it her way ❝ mh okay since i won, two shots and shoes and shirt off …. ❞ he snaps his fingers at her ❝ come on , PRINCESA. ❞
She feels her breath hitch the second she feels Joaquin’s hand over her thigh and down her leg. Lucia can’t help the laugh that escapes her lips when he choses shoes. “Never would’ve thought you’d be the type to make something easy,” she teases as she sits back down in her seat. The blonde throws the shot back as he takes his turn. She grins when he gets it in and pours herself another, downing it quickly before shaking her head softly at the taste. “Someone needs to learn a little bit of patience,” she smirks as she watches him snap his fingers at her. Lucia pulls the shirt over her head and puts it on the bar, leaving her in a red bra. She puts her foot up on Joaquin’s thigh, leaning down ever so slightly to unzip her boot and then taking it off. She repeats this with the other foot all while having her eyes locked on his. Her feet go back down and she puts her boots aside before sitting up straight. She reaches over and picks up the coin before quickly aiming it into the empty shot glass. Her red lips curve into a smile as it lands in it. She turns to face the boy once again, her eyes raking over him. “Shirt off guapo.” she says, sliding the shot over to him with a grin.
hands reside inside of his pockets as he looks over at the blonde ❝ it’s not an intrusion . ❞ he comments as he closes the door , his hand flat on it making the slam echo through the huge manor . turning around he walks through the house , his gaze turns to her as he opens the door that led to kitchen ❝ I think we are comfortable with each other , you can call me beckham . ❞ he says as he makes his way to the wine wall that was spurred across the half of the room ❝ do you prefer RED OR WHITE ? ❞ he asked with a small smile on his lips as he turns around to take a look at her .
Lucia watches as Beckham closes the door and then follows him into the kitchen. Her eyes take in the room in admiration. She is pleasantly surprised when he tells her that she can call him by his first name, her lips curving into a small grin. “Okay then, Beckham it is.” The blonde observes as he walks over to the wine wall and then turns to face her. “I don’t mind either, I do prefer red though,” she says, returning the smile as she takes in his features. “So, Beckham, when you do have time away from running a whole town and raising a daughter, what do you do for fun?”
he was lying if he said that he didn’t like being around lucia, for some reason he could just talk to her and it would flow but then again , he was who he was and that would not change , he was cold and detached and always tried to be one step ahead of everyone . ❝ who doesn't love a GOOD PATRON ? ❞ he asked with a a tilt of his head and smirk on his brims, watching as she jumped over the counter , chocolate hues glued to her grassy ones ❝ oh , letting me pick , I do not think that is very smart but you can’t take it back so let’s start …. ❞ he said as he looked at her with a small smile and he lets pearly whites bite down in his lower lip , his eyes scanning her as if she was the last thing on this earth . ❝ see this . ❞ he says as he pulls a quarter out of his pocket and aims it at the empty glass shot ❝ you make it , I take a shot and remove whatever piece of clothing you wish … ❞ he says smirking at the blonde ❝ and vice versa , sounds good mona ? ❞
She couldn’t help but feel excited around Joaquin. She never knew what to expect from him and she loved the thrill of not knowing but there was no way she’d ever admit this to his face. Lucia tilted her head back at him with an arched brow as he explained the game. Her lips curved into smirk as she watched him observe her. The blonde’s lips parted slightly at the look in his eye, causing her to slightly squirm in her seat. “I think I'll enjoy your game of choice,” she teased before taking the quarter from his hand and turning to face the shot glass. Lucia shut one eye closed as she aimed before throwing the coin. She bit down on her bottom lip as she missed before shrugging softly. She stood up in front of Joaquin, slowly turning in a circle before speaking, “So what’ll it be, papi?” she says softly as her eyes meet his once again. “The choice is all yours.”
❝ sadly lucia , I am a man who has a lot of things to do and I don’t have time to have any fun , I have a town to take care of as well a child , so having fun is at the end of the list I am afraid . ❞ he says looking towards her with a small smile as he sees that her words are immensely regretted ❝ it wasn’t out of line , you were being honest , that’s not a crime . ❞ he says as he looked at the blonde before him . standing up as she does as well , he peels off his suit and makes his way to the door but makes a stop and thinks ( a thought that could backfire but he goes with it regardless ) ❝ hove you had dinner ? ❞ he inquired with a tilt of his head ❝ if not then I’m sure we can order something but if your busy I understand . ❞ he says as he points towards the door.
Lucia lets out a small sigh of relief at Beckham’s response to her words, her shoulders dropping softly. She turns back around to face him when she hears him ask her about dinner. Her eyes couldn’t help but wander quickly as she admired him without his suit jacket on. She shouldn’t even be looking at him in that way. “Everyone should make time to have some fun, even if you run a town and take care of a child,” she says with a grin before shrugging as she looks around the room, “I don’t have a shift tonight and I wouldn’t mind eating,” she says before looking back up at the man in front of her. “Only if you it’s okay with you, I don’t want to intrude, Mr Beauchamp.”
franklin knew that law school wasnt for everyone and if it wasnt something that someone REALLY wanted then it was just hard. it wasnt like everyone could be lawyer, the classes alone were even hard for him and he spent hours studying. so when he had met the blonde in school and had the opportunity to study and learn along side someone else he took it. lucia had turned out to be someone he really enjoyed being around. “yes, so thankful you didnt go to school with me. you probably wouldnt give me the time of day now if you did.” he laughed. “i was a total asshole jock. shocking, i know.” he laughed. “no studying tonight? boo…” he said sadly.
go out? oh no, no no..” he said shaking his head. “im not getting roped into that again. i had some chick throw up on my shoes last weekend.. i swear you do this to me for your own personal humor.” he pointed out. “i will not hesitate to accidently run into you again.” he teased.
“Asshole jock? I probably would’ve made you my boyfriend back in high school,” she joked with a grin. She couldn’t imagine Franklin being an asshole, he was always sweet around her. Lucia let out a laugh as she was reminded of what happened last weekend. “Hey, I didn’t plan for you to get thrown up on but I can’t pretend that it wasn’t hilarious, your face was priceless,” she teased before pouting again. “Please? It’ll be so much fun. It’s all part of the experience! If not, I’ll just have to bring the party to the study group,” she said, folding her arms across her chest. “And we both know that they’re just a bunch of buzzkills.”
Bethenny grinned at the familiar sight, joining her at her side and investigating the situation from her point of view. “I think there’s one in the back…” she said, shrugging and skipping over to open the trunk. It was covered in Bethenny’s extra car wardrobe for emergencies… but it was getting in the way of a smooth spare tire retrieval. “Fuck. Can you just bring me home? You can stay for this dinner, I’ll let you borrow something from my closet,” she said, scanning her appearance and offering a smile. “Yes? Pleaseeee?”
Lucia grinned as she watched Bethenny skip to the back of the car to check for the spare tire. The girl folded her arms over her chest and tilted her head at her friends request. “You know I would never say no to an all access pass to play dress up in your princess closet,” she smiles before nodding towards her car on the other side of the street. “My car isn’t as nice as yours but it gets the job done,” the blonde grinned as she began to walk towards it. “What if your dad kicks me out for playing a part in your party girl behaviour?” she smirked before unlocking the car.
hearing her he simply nods his head and observed her , if there was anything that beckham had become good at it was telling when people were being dishonest . ❝ i really you do mean that lucia, can i call you lucia ? ❞ he inquired her but regardless kept on talking ❝ I do believe that you believe that this is just harmless fun but the thing about living in a small town is that everyone knows everything and I cannot have bethenny at a club drinking when she’s underage , I do hope that you are better at giving her advice and lead her to a straight rode . ❞ he takes a deep breath and pulls on his tie ❝ it’s not easy saying no to her . ❞ a small smile covers his lips as he looks up at her ❝ but i won’t take anymore of your time , I’m sure that you have better things to do and I have to figure out what to eat . ❞
Lucia opened her mouth to speak when he asked about her name but quickly shut it when he continued talking anyway. She arches a brow as she continues to listen to him. “I give her all the advice she needs, like you should have fun while you’re young, for example,” she adds, becoming slightly annoyed. "Like, when’s the last time you had any fun?” Lucia asked before becoming slightly distracted by watching Beckham pull on his tie, her eyes drifting up to his hands. Why was she thinking about his hands right now? She quickly snapped back to reality, realizing that once again she said something she shouldn’t have. “That was out of line Mr Beauchamp, I’m sorry.” she apologizes, cringing inwardly at her words. “I'll try my best to keep Bethenny on the straight and narrow,” she says as runs her hand through her hair. “Enjoy whatever it is you decide to eat,” she comments with a weak smile as she turns around to walk out.
he stays put as he listens to her tell him that she’d be able to drag him out , hearing her bore out on how she only liked seeing him SOMETIMES . his eyes did a dramatic roll and he watches her actions carefully , grabbing the keys and making his way to the foot he locks the three sets . turning round he makes his way back to her ❝ DONE , see . scouts honor and all . ❞ he muses towards her with a grin on his face ❝ plus , I was barred from the Little Rock’s Scouts , I didn’t have the playful and be kind to others thing NARROWED DOWN , you know , jodia mucho cuando era pequeño . ❞ he speaks to her in his native tongue as his eyes scan the various labels on the wall , his eyes catching the usual little green bottle and his lips turning into a devious smirk ❝ let’s start with patron. ❞
Lucia observes as Joaquin grabs the keys and locks the doors properly. She couldn’t help but return a grin as she listened to him speak about his experience with the scouts. Despite taking Spanish in high school, the blonde could only understand some things. “What did you say about something being pequeño?” she teases as she turns her back to him to grab the bottle off the wall before leaning down to grab a lime. “Predictable, I should’ve guessed that,” she says as she turns back around, pouring two shots and placing them on the bar. She puts the salt shaker next to the glasses before quickly cutting up the lime into wedges. Lucia hops over the bar and sits on the seat next to Joaquin’s. “We should play a game,” she suggests with a smirk as her eyes lock on his, her eyes shining with mischief. “And because I’m nice, I’ll let you pick.”
franklin had already been a nervous wreck about having to go in and here he was literally RUNNING into someone. though when he seen who it was he felt a load taken off of him. he adored lucia. she was someone who reminded him of who he was in high school and the fun person he had truly missed he was. “im so sorry, really. i hate coming into this place. the workers are rude and i always run into someone i went to high school with.” he admitted. “i was just in too big of a hurry to get the hell out of here.” he said with a chuckle. “guilty as charged. i mean i was just going to text you, but what better way of bullying you into hanging out and studying than by physically knocking the air out of you with a shopping cart.” he teased.
Lucia smiled as she listened to Franklin explain himself. He was one of the very few reasons she was still doing well in school. “Well, lucky for you, I don’t work here and unlucky for you, we didn’t go to high school together,” she teased with a wink before rolling her eyes with a groan at the mention of studying. “Unfortunately, I think you may have knocked out any of the remaining brain cells I had left with that shopping cart, so studying is a hard pass tonight,” the blonde grinned before her eyes lit up in excitement. “Anddd, since I don’t have a shift at the bar, I say we go out instead,” she suggests with a smile. “I promise I’ll study twice as hard at the next study group session,” the blonde pouts. “Please?”
his hands tap on the desk in front of him as he takes a good look at lucia , he’s never been one to enforced the law too much but after bethenny’s news landed on his desk , he needed to make sure that the people around her were not making her ACT A FOOL ❝ I get it that girls want to have fun but you see lucia, I am hoping that you are after my daughters best interest because I would hate to find out that you are guiding her the wrong way , she’s my daughter . ❞ he says with a cock of his brow ❝ do I make myself CLEAR ? ❞
Lucia would be lying if she said that the Mayor didn’t intimidate her a little bit. While she had grown up around men of influence, Beckham Beauchamp just had something she couldn’t put her finger on. “You’ve made yourself crystal clear, sir.” she nodded as she listened to him speak. “Mr Beauchamp, I would never do anything to intentionally hurt Bethenny or her future,” the blonde replied, pushing a strand of her hair behind her ear. “I admit that maybe, sometimes, we go a bit overboard but we’re just having fun. It’s all harmless, you shouldn’t worry so much,” she said, realizing then that maybe it wasn’t the best thing to say.
it wasn’t a shocker for joaquin to be here , If anything this was his usual place and today he wasn’t having of the BEST TIMES . hands rest inside his pocket as he walks I asked the bar , her honey silk voice ringing through bar ❝ like if you even could drag me out of here . ❞ he says as he looks at her with a tilt of his head smiling ❝ come on , admit it . YOU LOVE SEEING ME . ❞ he says chuckling and pulling the chair to take a seat . ❝ okay hear me out , how about I lock the door and you drink with me and I’ll help you clean up after we’re done , scouts honor or we can do a blood oath . whatever kinky shit you are into . ❞ his usual coquettish smirk covering his lips
His charm was infectious and she hated that it was. Lucia narrowed her eyes at him, “I’m stronger than I look, I’m sure I could drag your ass out of here if I needed to.” She knew that she couldn’t but she wasn’t about to let him get away with saying that she couldn’t. “I, at most, like seeing you. and only sometimes,” the blonde grinned as she watched Joaquin pull out a chair. “If anything, you’re the one who loves seeing me since you’re in here every time I’m working,” she teased as she pulled a set off keys out of her back pocket and put them on the counter for him to take, rolling her eyes at his comment. “I’ll pass on the blood oath and accept the scouts honor option even though I doubt you were ever a scout,” she replied with a laugh before pulling two clean glasses out from under the bar. “You wish you knew the kinky shit I was into,” Lucia smirked as she met his eyes. “So what’ll it be then, Mr De Leon?”
franklin had always dread having to do his weekly grocery shopping. he was a very shy guy the older he had gotten, which was the opposite of how he was in high school. it was so strange the amount of social anxiety he had since his football accident. so as he built up the courage to get out of his truck and get his shopping done, he looked over his list. a quick in and out. he told himself. killing the engine to the truck he got out and grabbed his shopping cart and began down the aisle. he was feeling much better as he had his cart nearly all the way filled though the feeling quickly went away when he turned the corner and his shopping cart crashed into someone elses. his cheeks flushed as he felt his ears heat up. “i am so sorry!” he said as his hands let go of his cart. “are you okay? i didnt hurt you did i?” he questioned.
Lucia had woken up to realize that her fridge was completely empty and she couldn’t remember how she let that happen. After being angry with herself for letting it get that point, she decided the only way to fix it was to, obviously, go to the grocery store and buy groceries. As she made her way down the end of the aisle, she felt another shopping cart crash into her own. Startled, her head snapped up to see who was on the other side. She couldn’t help the smile that formed when she saw who it was. “Don’t worry Franklin, you didn’t hurt me,” Lucia reassured him as she moved her cart out of the way. “Is this is your way of trying to convince me to go to study group tonight? Assaulting me in a grocery store?” she teased before letting out a chuckle.

Lucia began wiping down the bar counter as she watched the remaining customers leave Midnight Pleasure. Last call had been 20 minutes ago but, obviously, it always took a while for everyone to leave. She smiled at the last person to go before she walked over to the doors and shut them closed. She still had to clean up before completely locking up for the night. While Lucia loved her job, tonight had been quite busy and she was relieved that her shift finally over. The blonde made her way back behind the bar as she continued to clean the glasses and put them back in their place. Whilst doing so, she heard the door open and couldn’t help the frustrated sigh that fell from her lips. “I’m sorry but we’re closed so, unfortunately, I’m gonna have to ask you to leave,” she said, not bothering to look up at the person. She was used to people trying to come in after close but, they normally left after she asked them to. After not hearing a response or the door close, Lucia looked up and saw that it was Joaquin standing at the entrance. She fought the smile off her lips and instead let out a huff as she leaned her hip against the counter and crossed her arms across her chest. “Are you really gonna make me drag you out of here forcefully, Joaquin?” she teased with a smirk as she tilted her head at him. “You know better than most what time last call is at.”
[ OPEN STARTER ] + location: outside Champions Dance Studio
She strolled outside after her 3 hour ballet practice, wanting to collapse and take a nap but she had to get home quickly for an important dinner with her father and his colleagues. She got into her car, backing up abruptly and half-hazardly, hearing the sound of a pop. She stopped the car immediately and brought her palm to her forehead letting out a loud, passionate, dramatic, ‘NOOOO!’. She ran out of her car, falling to her knees and let out small breaths of desperation due to her lack of knowing how to change a damn tire and she didn’t want to call her father thirty minutes before their dinner. She turned around feeling a presence behind her and tilted her head, “Please, continue staring instead of helping… I beg you,” she said sarcastically. “Wait– do you know how to change a tire?” She asked, lifting herself off the ground.
Lucia had just walked out of her ‘secret’ nail appointment when she spotted a familiar girl kneeling down by the tire of her car. When she realized who it was, she couldn’t help but let out a chuckle before making her way over. “I’m kind of having fun just staring,” she teased before looking down at the flat tire. She had no idea how to change a tire but she felt as though she should know. “Of course I know how to change a tire,” she claimed, quizzically looking at the car. “I just don’t know how to change the tire on this specific car,” Lucia shrugged as she watched Bethenny lift herself off the ground. “I mean, we could try if you have a tire in the back... it can't be that difficu- different, I mean.”
hi cuties !! i’m cami, a twenty year old gal in the gmt timezone from the land of leprechauns aka ireland. this is my lil ball of sunshine, lucia caverly. you can find out all about her below ! i’m so excited to get to know all of you and your lovely muses and if anyone wants to plot, feel free to hmu here or on disc <3
lucia marie caverly
age — twenty-three
nickname — luci
hometown — tribeca, new york
sexuality — bisexual
zodiac — scorpio
birthday — october 27th
postive traits — spontaneous and ambitious
negative traits — erratic and stubborn
background:
childhood — lucia had a happy and comfortable childhood. she grew up in her family home in tribeca as an only child with both of her parents. her mother, catherine caverly, is a real estate agent while her father, laurence caverly, is a defense attorney. both of them came from money and influence so their lavish lifestyle wasn’t new to them. she was very sheltered as a child and was never exposed to anything besides what was in her lil perfect bubble.
teenage years — lucia had decided that she wanted to go to public high school, despite her parents wanting to send her to a private school. while it took her a while to convince them, eventually they agreed. she was a social butterfly throughout high school, she spoke to anyone and everyone. she was kind, friendly and approachable. within her first year, she had been exposed to things she could’ve never imagined for herself and even managed to get herself a boyfriend, daniel, who she was completely enamored by. they were together for their sophomore and freshman year and shared the same friends. in her junior year, she found out that daniel had not only cheated on her with her, then, best friend but he had also stolen multiple of her father’s expensive watches from their home. when she found out, she was completely heartbroken. she suddenly went from wholeheartedly trust most people, to trusting no one. she couldn’t tell if people genuinely wanted to be her friend, or if they just wanted to use her for her wealth and her influence. by her senior, she was a completely different person. she had dropped most of her friends and had become a notorious party girl, quickly started to fall into the ‘rich kid’ stereotype after befriending a new group of people from her social parents’ circle. the company she started to keep and the choices that she made caused many people to resent her, including her parents. when her parents tried to reign lucia back in, it only made her find different ways to live her fast paced lifestyle.
moving to wickery falls — after showing up at home completely wasted after a wild night out, lucia’s parents decided to enroll her into a private all-girls boarding school. she hated every minute of it and it was here that she realized the extremities of the ‘rich kid’ stereotype. her life was the complete opposite to what it was only a few months prior. there was no partying, no staying up past curfew and it was impossible to even try sneak out. she had tried. after enduring this for the rest of her senior year, she realized that she couldn’t stand the idea of acting like the stereotypical spoiled brat and hated that she had become so paranoid and guarded with everyone. she decided that new york wasn’t the place for her and she wanted a fresh start. her father agreed to let her leave new york as long as she attended law school. as lucia wasn’t passionate about much, she took the deal and quickly found herself living by herself in an apartment close enough to wickery falls university, where she now found herself enrolled as a law student.
life in wickery falls — lucia started fresh and felt herself becoming who she used to be. she found herself taking up a bartending job at the midnight pleasure. she adores her job and the dynamic she has in wickery. she also doesn’t hate law school. so that’s a plus. however, despite her fresh start, lucia has never lost her partying tendencies and she doesn’t think she ever will.
personality:
effervescent — lucia’s vivacious and enthusiastic spirit is captivating and is what generally attracts people to her. she is lively and lives for the thrill and this attitude is contagious to those close to her, which makes her fun and exciting to be around. confidence and a positive outlook is something she never seems to lack.
candid — lucia is nothing if not truthful and straightforward (except about her own situation lol). she says things how they are, but is considerate and careful as to how she words it. honesty is something she doesn’t struggle with. she is the type of person who you can trust to give you their utmost honest opinion but also the person to keep you in check, even if she can’t keep herself in check sometimes.
assertive — lucia’s confident and forceful personality can sometimes come off as intimidating but once you get close enough to actually speak to get and get a sense of what she’s like, intimidating is the last thing she is. she still struggles with lowering her guard.
erratic — her unpredictable behaviour makes lucia either fun or dangerous to be around. she takes spontaneity to another level and more times than not, this ends up with her, and anyone involved, in trouble. sometimes, she needs someone to knock her down a peg and keep her in line but she is difficult to deal with at times due to her being.
stubborn — when lucia sets her mind on something, she does it. she is strong willed and stubborn, like her father. it’s hard to change her mind when it’s already been made up. her strong opinions and adamant nature can make her difficult to deal with, but everyone has their thing, right?
a lil more about lucia:
she’s a complete adrenaline junkie and lives for the thrill
she’s very outgoing and spontaneous and open to almost anything
she’s truly a lil ball of sunshine once you get to know her
she’s very strong-minded, independent and charming
she’s also very caring and has a big heart for those close to her
