ONLY DRINK WATER: at least 2 liters a day. At least 1 bottle of water (1 pint) with every meal and with every snack.
CRAVING BREAD, CHIPS, ETC.? get a piece of bread, chew it up until it is literally mush and then spit it out. Make sure to rinse your mouth after so you don’t accidentally swallow any.
GO VEGETARIAN/VEGAN: 1. it is a great excuse to not eat as most people serve meat for dinner. 2. Meat and poultry use a lot of calories. Setting this restriction for yourself will make you see almost immediate results.
COOK YOUR FOOD: this way you can’t just absentmindedly snack. You have to actually be hungry enough to cook.
FRUITS + VEGGIES: Breakfast should be some type of fruit and a protein. It will help keep you full until lunch. Lunch should be a salad with a few nuts and a super low cal dressing. It will keep you full until dinner. Dinner should be a vegetable and it should be the meal with the most calories. NEVER EAT AFTER 7:00.
DON’T EAT TOO FEW CALORIES: If you eat less than 600 calories, you will most definitely binge and then end up eating more than 600 calories. Instead, try eating 600-700 calories a day. You won’t lose as much weight immediately, but it will be more sustainable long term. PURGING IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU AT ALL. YOUR TEETH WILL ROT YOUR TASTE BUDS WILL DISAPPEAR, BETTER TO NOT BINGE AT ALL
KEEP A FOOD DIARY: Keeping a food diary will help you keep track of exactly what you are eating, and make you more conscious of what you put in your mouth. Always make sure to measure out portion servings.
WORKOUT: do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day (300 cals). The eliptical, treadmill, bicycle, anything like that is fine. and do ab workout every day. What I do is crunches at morning and at night. Every day I add 1 crunch. So for the first day of doing this, you’re going to do crunches until your body just won’t move. Remember how much that was. The next day do the same thing, but add 1 more crunch. Before you know it you’re going to be doing 100 crunches in the morning and 100 at night.
HAVE A CLOTHING GOAL: Buy an article of clothing in your dream size and try it on once a week. It will be motivating to see you slowly fit into it more and more.
BINGING: If you are ever feeling the need to binge, drink a bottle of water. Still feeling the urge? Drink another bottle of water. Drink water until you feel like vomiting. If you still want to binge, eat an apple or a fruit and wait a few minutes. Your body might be craving carbs, because that is what energizes our cells. If that is the case, cut a potato in half add some cheese to it (just enough to coat the top) and pop it in the microwave for a couple minutes. You will feel better. Bible. Another good solution to carb cravings are to eat 2 bananas. Bananas are so good for you. They have carbs, potassium and just make you so energized all around.
IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK DONT CONTINUE: If you are constantly fainting and you just have that pit in your stomach like you might die, EAT. Immediately. If it gets to the point where you really feel like you might die any second, TELL SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY.
