Advice?

I'm thinking of going on medication for my anxiety. It's been really bad lately to the point where I can't eat, if i do I puke, and the other lovely things that aren't decent to talk about. I've been on ativan before and it literally did nothing for me. Maybe you guys could suggest a medication? Or just advice about this subject?
