So it is very possible he just has messy handwriting (look at how he’s holding the pen) and is in fact taking notes.

So I got a sudden spark of inspiration tonight to do a winged eyeliner look with some shadows from the @jeffreestarcosmetics beauty killer palette. winged eyeliner - confession crease color - Courtney middle of the lid color - princess inner corner of eye - princess (By the way princess makes the perfect highlighter and perfect reflective color for the lid and inner corner)
