Made some memes for the girlies
i saw a post with tips on how to l!ft from stÄrbies and fyi most of them have multiple real cameras all around the counter (where all the items are) and employees are required to inform shift managers about l!fters who will call the police for persecution. i have 3 friends who work at different stĂĽrbĂšcks locations and they all verified this information
Good info to spread! Back when I was actively l/y ftinq i feel it was common knowledge that St/arbs had cameras in specific areas with a general no chase policy. Hopefully your input + the normal "every area is different" ideas can spread fast!!
lĂśwͧ haul! 3 plants & some plant care stuff total is $112 not pictured is a plant stand for my bamboo <3 legit just walked out through the garden center part cause all of the associates were busy holidays are so easy đź
Remember to give back!
for example, i lift from a chain for-profit second hand store, and then barter the items w the small corner 2nd hand shop under my house, another example: before they caught me, i used to lift granola bars from decathlon to give them to my local homeless shelter.
do u have some similar stories to share?
remember: corporations are stealing from common people, so lets take our stuff back!
I could probably get my local for-pro thrift shop. THey have these ridiculous, annoying narrow aisles. THe only downside is sheâs busy busy busy. I know for a fact theyre bad towards their workers, with ignoring scheduling needs and shouting. Theyâd have it coming tbh. Only downside is, Im known there :/
tips for lifting something like a book? đŤś
for a book! I would say if you just want 1, on body is a great choice. i would say along your front in your waistband. if you have big boobies stick it under them and then put it in your waistband. you can do it in the back of your waistband too, especially if you have a jacket! then you can cover it with your jacket. if you have a bag that'll fit it, you can put it in your waistband for the time being, then use the restroom and hide it in your bag there :)
I really wanna get books sometime but it seems so hard!! I hope this method works out for me eventually
didnt pass the vibe check
I kind of agree with this to some extent tho,, đł
tbh i agree i just dont want to pay
paying was always overrated anyways đĽą
I'm not ashamed of admitting I don't want to pay for something I could get for free lol
havent comm/itted anything in years but im rlly considering DNAing some De/mon/ias. Just found out Iâm only 5â˛4âłÂ đ
made this meme for all the bb lifters i keep having to block đ

yeah itâs the new policy they canât do jack shit about any lifters even if they see you conceal

I Got Cocky
I got cockyâŚ.. I almost got caught at EarthBounds and Uffda. She was suspicious luckily no cameras in the store and I got out fast. Lmao I told my friends parents I didnât feel so good and I left đ, not gonna see me anytime soon. She kept asking for my bag and guys you have the right to say â Noâ I said that with a smile đđ, and I fucking left. I tired to say it as sweetly as I could and I left and she asked where I put the stuff and I told her and she called someone I think when I left and I went and I almost threw up but I didnât đđ! Iâm so lucky.
I got cocky by you always have the right to say â Noâ because sheâs not LP she is a SA therefore she has no right. I used it and thank god Ik my rights then and there and I wasnât being to nervous and didnât do something stupid. Just say â Noâ and walk out and donât look back. Also take a deep because you did it! Good job!
Lp donât have the right to look into your bag either! Only actual police can go through your personal belongings legally.
I just made a post about this, but youâre sort of wrong. Iâm not trying to start anything here, but please just consider for a second. The fourth amendment protects you from the government searching you without reason, not private citizens. So if they forcefully do it, yes it could be admissible evidence, but you would still have a case on your hands. In some stores they do in fact have the legal right to search your bag. If it was part of the âcontractâ of you entering the store, such as Costco or stores with signs, then they can in fact search you as they told you it was a contingency to shop there.
Also, stores are legally permitted to detain you under reasonable suspicion, which sadly is not defined by law. So you could say no to a bag check and try to keep walking all you want, but that doesnât mean youâre out free. They can use reasonable force to detain you from there. So you saying no to who you thought was an SA could have been an LP who could have grabbed your arm. Obviously good this didnât happen, but please be aware of this. If they thought you took something with some amount of âreasonableâ suspicion, which in and of itself could be the denial of a bag search, they can detain you.
So please, take this into consideration. An LP could forceablly search your bag all they want, but you really wouldnât have much of a case if you tried to sue them. First, youâd have been caught lifting which wouldnât help. Second, youâd have to prove there was some sort of damage to you. Slander or defamation requires something along the lines of screaming at you surrounded by people that you shoplifted when they know you didnât or the like. You could also try invasion of privacy, but unless hey put on display your items and such then that wouldnât work out.
Obviously in that situation walking can be your best bet, but please keep in mind that that isnât a get out of jail free decision.
This is all for the USA, in a lot of other countries itâs a hell of a lot stricter. So yeah, please consider this
In order to legally search your bag stores have to visibly display signs or give something that communicates it across clearly. Stores like Costco wil obviously have it written into tthe contact but stores like Walmart where you go in as you please? They need a visible sign stating you consent to bag searches by entering the premise. You can find these signs at entrances, exits, and checkouts.
There is a difference between going through your personal bags and your bags from stores. They have a right to ask to see the contents of your bag but thatâs it. The right to ask. They arenât allowed to take your bag without your permission. If they do suspect you theyâll either tell you to leave the premises and not return or detain you and call the police. I never said they canât detain you and there are laws allowing stores to detain but only for a reasonable amount of time. While youâre detained they cannot search you. Thereâs a difference between being detained and being searched.
âSecurity guardsâ powers to search are much more limited than those of police officers. In most cases, even if you stole something, the guard should wait until the police arrive and let them conduct a search. You should always discuss the circumstances of a search with your lawyer.â - http://jfcy.org/en/rights/security-guards/
âPrivate security guards.
⢠Mall cops, bouncers and private security guards are not cops. They cannot give you a citation or arrest you. However they are allowed to detain you and call a âcitizens arrestâ.
⢠Private security guards can kick you off private property, and may be able to search your stuff if there is a posted building rule that says so.
⢠If you do not want a private security guard to search your stuff, you can leave private property.â - http://www.wweek.com/portland/article-19398-know-your-rights.html
â1. Do security guards have a right, if any, to stop a member of the
public and request a search of their bags and can the member of the public
refuse?
Security operatives may be required to request to inspect bags as part of
their duties. A member of public retains the right to refuse to have their
bag searched.â - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/can_you_provide_a_summary_of_the
Im the case that you are asked to search your bags politely decline. They do not have the right to search your personal belongings. In the case they pursue, state that it is within your right to decline and only a cop will be able to legally search you under reasonable suspicion. If they say they have the right, ask them where it explicitly states that when entering the store. If they show you a sign youâre screwed and have to show it legally, if they donât the balls in your court. They may detain you and if youâre lucky the cops wonât show up and they have to release you. Itâs a better wager than revealing the stolen items in your bag and having a definitive case.
I didnât mean it to be a yeah fuck you you canât do shit and walk away, just that itâs within your rights to refuse and you have a much higher chance of not being charged if they have no evidence. Of course this is why body concealing is best so you can flash your bag and show no stolen merch and they canât search your persons. But in the case you do have something in your bag itâs best to exercise your right to refuse a search.
how are the little criminals in my phone doing today
