Why no one is talking about 5x11 when stiles is at the hospital sleeping and dereks voice wakes him up before Melissa even touches him ?????? Or am I too much of sterek fanatic to hear it??

I haven’t been watching the new seasons of Teen Wolf. And by new, I mean that I haven’t watched season 4 onwards. Because I forfeited MTV’s rights to my attention ever since the bullshit that is queerbaiting.
But is this a thing? What happens? Is he hearing voices and one just happens to sound like Derek? Is it supposed to be Scott’s voice? (but we just know it wouldn’t be because Stiles is way too upset with Scott at this point to be hearing his voice). Are they trying to pull in Sterek shippers again by doing the blatant reference to Stiles missing Derek in the season premiere? I need to see this, but I don’t want to give MTV any viewership/ratings.
Followers, have any of you been watching Season 5B? Is there a chance that Stiles heard Derek calling his name?
