The Training Dummy

If you were to look at the IDs of the Coliseum enemies, you'd realize there's no enemy associated with the ID 83. However, if you were to change the ID of an enemy image to 83, you'd get represented with this wooden totem.

The exact purpose of this enemy is unknown, but many theorize that it's an unused training dummy. The dummy was discovered in 2021.

Last night I had a dream that flight rising released a new breed and it was literally just a horse like a regular horse drawn in a style that was just a little bit 🤏 too clean for FR like it stood out slightly which was annoying & also the entire horse was one solid color & the only thing the secondary gene did was change the eye shape (it functioned like some sort of eye type + marva eye apparel bastard child) except every eye shape besides basic looked like shit. & I was like what the fuck even is this we already have the cirrus we don't need a weird-looking, mechanically fucked up horse breed. but everyone on the forums liked it for some reason which is truly something that could only happen in a dream

i liked seeing the number go up. same with achievements. there was always a number there to see and make go up. a lot of people collected familiars because the number was always there. now you have to actively go look for the number. no more incentive. out of sight, out of mind. i've already noticed that it's diminished my joy with interacting with the part of the site i personally interacted with the most.

I think most of the frustration is just because it’s less efficient (on mobile at least). All of the things I used to do in one click now require two. Folks complained about Pawborough hiding everything behind multiple layers of dropdown menus, wishing that it was more like Flight Rising’s layout…and a finger on the monkey’s paw curled
