So yeah, the worst part is she has the accolades to back up the several complexes she's hiding behind

Promosis was making her way down the street in the Golden Ward after a simple shopping trip. In her hands she held a pink bag which contained a few piece of choice clothing for herself. Everything seemed rather content this day. Even the weather itself shined on her fairly and without a harsh gaze.

As she rounded a corner, she began to smell someone closing in on her. Then, she heard their voice mumbling. Believing it to be just a passerby, she didn't really pay full attention until the voice and source of said voice could no longer be ignored.

"Ah...?" She stopped moving, and turned to glance down at the girl beside her. "I apologize. Were you saying something to me?"

despite the interruption to her musings, tachyon doesn't falter in a way that would imply surprise or even embarrassment. instead, her smile inches further across her face, going crooked at the ends to leave her with a rather devious smirk.

"no, not to you," she replies matter-of-factly. her thoughtful pose turns nonchalant, shrug of her shoulders and wave of a hand (that's obscured by her sleeves, but no matter,) to dismiss the subject of her observation's vague concern.

"...but about you, yes." her eyes look the other up and down. "while there are plenty of curiosities here, i've only been able to observe a few of them amidst my brief escapades from my room... you, however, are much more unusual compared to that which i've seen before."

wryly, she tilts her head, humming in thought once again. "a good thing, i assure you. with some adjustments, i'm sure i could concoct something to aid even one of your stature... assuming you'll consent to some measurements? now that i've got your attention and all..."

"hm... just adjusting for height alone would likely double the preexisting measurements i've set in the past..." there's a continuous muttering of various calculations as tachyon settles into an impromptu observation just a few paces behind her current, likely unaware, subject.

"such strange musculature though!" she exclaims in sing-song, a smile etching itself across her face. "if i could glean how dense it is, especially around the arms, perhaps finer alterations could be made..."

tachyon, of course, makes no effort to introduce herself as her gaze surely becomes more intrusive (not that she would spare the time to realize that,) as introductions would distract from the observational notes that are now piling up in her mind.
