Meanwhile I have lost almost 3kg in one week and yes, I work out a lot but no more than I usually did (except maybe more walking on rest days). And in the weeks before I didn’t lose anything but a few 100 grams now and then. Also I’ve been having this sudden stabbing sensation in my lower abdomen lately and now I worry my intestines are falling apart or something.
