Do I get a choice or will this be a surprise?” Already taking off her jacket to push up the long black sleeve of her turtleneck fitted sweater so her forearm was visible.

Luna giggled a bright sound as she crinkled her nose at the other woman. “I promise I won’t make you go outside. We can totally do this here where it is nice and toasty.” She nodded her head as she held out her hand to take the woman’s arm. “Yeah you can totally give me some ideas. I mean obviously I want to do something pretty. But I’m open to hear what you would like too.” Luna assure her as she waited for the visible arm.

Naomi leaned on the counter, feeling like the excitement of her customer was a little contagious. For a hot second, she thought that the girl was going to show her only her pencil case and she held herself not to comment on anything, as the girl opened it. Letting out a small gasp, she tilted her head to the side, leaning in a little more. “That’s awesome”, her eyes widened in awe. “I hope I get to fill my book shop with your comic book illustrations in the future. Really”, she said with a smile, taking a good look at the gel pens before looking back at the girl. “Not lame at all”, she nodded reassuringly.

“Isn’t it! Ugh I just want to get a pair of white sneakers and doodle all over that!” She snapped her fingers as she got fired up about the prospect of that. She bounced a bit as aa giggle slipped pasted her. “Ugh, wouldn’t that be soo cool. Would you be into having graphic novels or comics from local artists? I know that there would be a few people in my inner circle that would love to have their stuff at your shop. She leaned against the counter a bit and smiled at the woman. “Thank you for entertaining my enthusiasm.”

Johanna couldn’t help but grin at the other’s enthusiasm, eyes falling to the gel pens tiredly before looking up at its owner. A beat after, the music producer took out her trusty note-pad (she’d been getting outbursts of inspiration and had decided to get one to make her song-writing a tad more dramatic and sentimental to play the part) and immediately placed it on the table near the other, shrugging lightly “Okay, never say something that makes you passionate is lame, fuck if people think it is” then, she pointed at the notebook. “Would you make me something, then?”

Luna looked at the woman with her bright eyes. She realized the woman was in the middle of working and her smile fell a bit. “Oh oops! I’m sorry were you working? Here I am talking your ear off and not paying attention. “She rolled her eyes as she bonked her own head and laughed. “Thanks , I kind of needed to hear that.” Luna leaned back in her chair a bit. “Yeah sure! I would love that. Any requests? Or should I let the inspiration take me?”

The brunette’s excitement was contagious and Lara couldn’t help but to be drawn in the whole gel pen story and grin upon finding out the pens were glittery too. “Well, I’m glad mythical creatures are represented too! For example, this one,” she picked up a yellow one. “Has Tinkerbell written all over it, and this one” a light purple one. “Screams pixie,” the blonde claimed, letting her imagination run wild, all the while chuckling to herself. “Gel pen Banksy is an awesome idea, go for it,” she encouraged, sliding over the piece of paper. “Can you draw?”

“Awww,” Luna cooed as she looked at the other. “Tink! An icon,” She sighed with a warm smiled as she shook her head. She hummed a bit as she looked down at the paper. “Yeah actually, that is kind of what I’m hoping to do career wise.” Luna nodded as she opened one of the pens and began to doodle. “I mean that is the hope anyways. I’m an illustrator. Mostly for web comics and stuff but I would like to start doing my own works and publishing. Someday....hopefully.” She sighed as she crossed her fingers.

“I could be,” Eva shrugged, I just like to keep things around me that make me happy. Ignore the stuff that doesn’t.“ Remember? Eva was pretty sure she owned a whole box still. "I have a whole collection… And I like to dabble in what works best with them.” Which was code for a have more colored pencils and crayons than an adult woman should. Not that she was ashamed. It was a meditation for her. “I didn’t think it would actually relieve anxiety but they work! So I have a small collection of them." 

Luna looked over at the other and grinned a playful sort of smile. “We should totally swap and share. We could have an arts and crafts night 5sure.” She nodded as she wiggled her brows at the other. “What kind of stuff do you work on if you don’t mind my asking. And also...wanna show me?” Luna canted her head to the side, full of wonder. “Sometimes that is all you need. And that is super awesome you found something that helps. You should be real proud of that.”

Pulled from her Animal Crossing game, she shifted her gaze over towards the other girl. Expectancy residing within the dark orbs when a smile started to form across her lips. “Are those seriously what I think they are?” Her tone oozing out a certain sense of nostalgia. “Lame but in a cool way.” Utilizing the line from the recent To All The Boys sequel she was currently adoring. “So, the reason you’re presenting these to me is to–? Hopefully lay on me a sick temporary tattoo?”

“Ummmmm, hell yeah they are.” Luna nodded as she looked at the other girl. “Well I love the honesty so obviously I respect it.” She nodded as she tucked some of her dark hair behind her ear. “I mean if you got some time and don’t mind me seen some skin I will def put some art on you!” She paused and blinked. “I wish that sounds as cool as it did in my head but you get the point.”

“What is it?” The blond asked, both excited and curious as he tried to peak at what the other was searching on her bag. His eyes gleaming at the sight of the pens. “Ohhh, last time I bought one of these I was in high school! I love them.” She was the real artist between the teo, but he did enjoy this kind of things even if drawing was a hobby for him. “Please, you’re asking me about being lame? Anyways, I think it’s amazing, fuck what everyone else thinks.”

Luna’s giggle bubbled up inside of her as she wiggled excitedly. “I know right? They are totally a throwback and I’m so pleased. I remember coloring on my jeans with theses. It was awesome.” She sighed with a remembering smile. She blinked for a moment as he said it was amazing and awesome. “GAH! You’re so supportive of my nerdiness! THANK YOU!”

“Hm?” Lara arched an eyebrow, closing her notepad and shifting her gaze from it to Luna, however as the second she spotted her grin, a light smile appeared for the younger woman. It was endearing, something as ordinary as pens bringing her joy. “Aw, so pretty! So many colors,” blue orbs inspected the pens carefully, now the blonde was excited too, for her. “Do you have a favorite already?” The blonde quickly opened her notepad again to tear a piece of blank paper out  for the other woman before her gaze snapped up to her. “It absolutely does not make you lame. If anyone calls you lame, just use your pens to vandalize their stuff.”

Luna looked at the pretty blonde lady a little nervous she was going to be annoying her. But then she smiled and it was warm and friendly, it caused Luna’s smile to widen even more as she pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose. “Right, and they are glittery too!” She nodded as she looked over her stash and picked out a shimmering teal one. “I like this one most at the moment, it looks like a mermaid,” she covered the side of her mouth as if she was revealing a secret. She watched her tear a piece of paper. Luna practically squeaked before wiggling and moving to settle beside her. “Thanks, and I guess I could do that, be like a gel pen Banksy or something.”

“I’ll let you now, yeah.” He nodded, really it was more something fun from his childhood for him to be nostalgic about than something he’d do now, but really who actually knew in the end, “Don’t worry, you aren’t forgetting anything with me here, my memory’s immaculate.” Very much an exaggeration but not entirely untrue.

“Good, glad to hear it.” She laughed as she looked over at him. She wiggled a brow at him as he used the term immaculate memory. “We should test that, and if its true totally should put that on you linked in. Maybe your grave too.” She teased with a bubbly giggle slipping past her lips.
