I always get caught up forcing myself to watch things just because other people like them and I can't articulate a "good enough" reason to justify why I don't vibe with it, as if that means I'm not allowed to quit

but I hope I never forget how feral I was watching breaking bad for the first time (last month), how I'd binge it all day long, then I'd get upset I was too tired to keep going, then I'd go to sleep hyped to wake up so I could get back to it
