@lunarleis
you prayed for better and that’s why everything around you is changing
When you want to send a panicked message, try asking yourself one grounding question first: “What do I actually want from this conversation?” Do you want reassurance? Clarity? Connection? An apology? Most of us react before identifying the need, which leaves us feeling misunderstood and more upset. When you can name the need first, your message can become clearer and the conversation can be a little calmer. It is not about suppressing your feelings. It is about identifying them and directing them.
25 subtle signs your partner is cheating on you:
You aren't in the loop about their schedule or locations.
They work hours that don't make sense to you and the pay doesn't reflect hours they are supposedly working.
They don't put effort in dates/relationship as they used to.
They make excuses or flake on your plans for future events.
They avoid eye contact. + bonus points if their pupils used to dialate when seeing you and suddenly don't.
They avoid taking you to their family/friends events and hangouts.
They find excuses to avoid your family/friends events and hangouts when you invite them.
They complain about being bored and unhappy.
If they have any social media presence: they won't post you or they appear/act single on social media.
They tend to overexplain/hide details of where they were and what they did.
Sudden changes in the bedroom — could mean more or less sex and if sex is present watch out for suddenly new skills and poses.
They spend more time on their phone + bonus points if they seem to guard it.
They suddenly start to criticise you and pick fights for many miniscule things.
Sudden change in appearance — going to the gym, new haircut, new underwear and cologne etc.
They get defensive or ridicule you when you try to initiate any kind of intimacy (eg. spending time together, physical intimacy, need for reassurance etc.)
They have a sudden ego boost.
They no longer discuss the dreams you once shared or plans you've made for your future together.
Sudden change in their expenses.
Defends and hangs out with their cheater friends.
They've cheated previously themselves.
You notice changes in the amount of PDA they're comfortable with you.
New phone/social media passwords.
Provide physical excuses to avoid physical intimacy (headache, pulled muscle, feeling sick etc.)
They're doing their laundry out of the blue. Likely so you don't see or smell anything suspicious.
If in a long term serious relationship — they avoid planning any next steps with you (bigger purchases, marriage etc.). They're preparing to dump you or they just don't see themselves being in a long term commitment with you.
The Hard Truth About Beauty: It’s Maintenance, sister.
Let’s be honest, beauty isn’t just something you are.
It’s something you maintain.
At some point, we have to stop calling it “low motivation” and be honest: it’s laziness. If you want to look as beautiful on the outside as you feel on the inside, you have to put in the work. No more excuses.
In 2026, we’re not just journaling about the life we want.
We’re not daydreaming.
We’re not comparing ourselves to other women and wondering why it’s not us.
We’re doing.
And before you say money—pause. You don’t need high-end makeup, luxury skincare, designer clothes, or a glam budget to start. You can start with drugstore makeup. You can work with what you already own. Dollar Tree. Five Below. Walmart. CVS. Target. Wherever you’re at—start there.
The point isn’t perfection.
The point is effort.
You don’t wait until you “have more” to show up like the woman you want to be. You start now, build gradually, learn as you go, and level up over time. Small steps done consistently will always beat waiting for the “right moment.”
Because looking the part isn’t about impressing anyone else.
It’s about aligning your appearance with your identity.
And in 2026, we’re choosing alignment over excuses.
Yes, we’re all naturally beautiful in our own way. But the version of yourself you admire? The woman you stare at, daydream about, save photos of, and wish you looked like? That version didn’t appear by accident. She was built through habits, discipline, effort, and consistency.
And here’s the hard truth:
You don’t become her by admiring her.
You become her by acting like her.
Beauty maintenance is work. It’s not glamorous all the time. It’s not easy. And unless you actually enjoy it—or train yourself to—it won’t magically stick. If you want good skin, you have to take care of it. That means washing your face at night even when you’re tired. Skincare in the morning even when you’re rushing. Turning it into a habit, not a phase.
If you want healthy, manageable hair, you have to put in the work. Deep conditioning. Using the right products. Practicing styles on off days. Learning how to care for your hair if you can’t afford a stylist yet. The goal is for your hair to still look good and feel manageable even on your “I don’t feel like doing anything” days.
Makeup? Nobody wakes up good at it. You practice. You play music. You try looks at home. You watch YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok. You mess up. You try again. That’s how confidence is built—through repetition. It didn’t happen overnight for me either. I grew up around women who loved beauty, but I still had to watch, learn, and put in effort.
And if you just want to look clean and put together every day? Learn a simple five-minute routine. Concealer. Mascara. Lip gloss. Something easy that you can rely on even on low-energy days.
If you work all week, find a hairstyle that lasts—braids, a blowout, protective styles, satin rollers—something that supports your lifestyle instead of fighting it.
Clothes matter too. Find the aesthetic that fits your personality—clean girl, soft, edgy, classy, sexy, cozy, bold—whatever feels like you. And show up in it daily. Even if you work from home. Even if you’re not working at all. Even if it’s just elevated loungewear. Looking put together is a form of self-respect.
Because beauty is maintenance.
It’s effort.
It’s consistency.
It’s discipline.
And it’s worth it.
When you take care of yourself, you train your brain to align with the woman you’re becoming. And eventually, that version of you stops being a goal—and starts being your reality. 💅✨💕

my 2026 journal prompts + random journal ideas
2026 prompts
1) look back on 2025
what went well?
what didn’t go so well?
what do you wish to change?
what do you wish to continue?
2) think about your “ideal” self
what does she look like?
how does she behave?
what is her mindset like?
what are her hobbies?
what are her likes & dislikes?
how does she take care of herself? what are her habits like?
what/who are her inspirations?
what about her makes her “ideal” to you? how can your habits get closer to hers?
3) write about what your dream 2026 would look like
no limits! don’t worry about being “realistic” or what you think you’re capable of. what do you actually want?
4) write down your primary goals, and condense those goals into three main areas
ex.) relationships, health & fitness, finances, etc.
within those three areas, choose one primary goal to focus on. try to choose one that can also help you achieve your other goals. for example, if you want to go for more walks and lose weight, the primary goal of walking x amount each week can also help you lose weight long term.
