❥ some of you may have been scrolling casually, the was suddenly confused as to who @erotiquadoll is. this is mara, fka realprissygirl. as promised on my latest moodboard, here’s a breakdown on my recent developments in my personal style.
when i first posted this pinterest shuffle, my url was still realprissygirl and the caption read “prissy girl ‘chic’ essence” and while i understood my purpose in that phrasing it just didn’t 100% speak to me. my original thought process was “my aesthetic (prissy girl) but sophisticated (chic).” but this still didn’t feel like me. something still felt stilted and repetitive.
i’ve talked at length about how i hate the rhetoric of a “rebrand” because it seems forced and contrived to actively seek out to change meticulously on an annual basis. and i still feel this way. i stand by my opinion that the best evolutions are those that happen organically and catch even the host by surprise (dreamgrlarchive ➛ realprissygirl). so when my content on my platforms began to shift, wardrobe began to phase out certain cuts and colors, etc., i knew i was experiencing a natural and inevitable change. so the phrase prissy girl chic had to go and quite honestly the blog name realprissygirl as well.
in this post i’ll be describing my new sense of personal style that of which i’ve coined ‘erotiqua doll.’ (pssst… the erotiqua spelling instead of erotica is intentional) this is to signify my immense love of pleasure. not exclusively sex, but to be pleased. in every way.
i’ve always loved sex kitten aesthetics, dating all the way back to the 40s. from porn stars, to video vixens, to strippers, to booty mag girls… i LOVE sex kittens. i love moody and dark colors. especially paired with creams and nudes.
and as for the word doll… i want to feel perfectly curated with the perfect pieces, accessories, and makeup tied together to make for an instantly sold out, scalped for $400 on ebay, doll. in the post below, i mention wanting to look like if a bratz was made by silkstone (the brand that made those beautiful sophisticated almost vintage looking barbies).
another huge inspo of mine is the socialite gold digger aesthetic, which i heavily associate with WAGs and Basketball Wives. like when you see me out with my man i want to look as spoiled as i am in actuality.

i’m not really into the hyper presence of characters like hello kitty, etc. anymore. this does NOT mean i don’t love miss kitty white anymore but i don’t feel the need to buy anymore for sure.
although pink is still present in my aesthetic, it’s not overwhelmingly in the foreground and background simultaneously. i’ve talked before about how i love contrasting pink with other colors and right now it’s my favorite thing ever.
along with my like of gold metals, i also love silver now as well. especially mixing the two.
i still love timeless looks and aesthetics. this look particularly is heavily inspired by early 20th century hyper glam looks.
