Hello, so for some time i’ve been out of work due to my work visa expiring and government deciding they want to take their sweet time in sending it to me even though they stated it’s been approved.

In light of tumblr now no longer allowing "adult content" (like nsfw art/pictures) will pillowfort still allow nsfw content as long as it is properly marked? Because that decision has pretty much destroyed my already little faith in tumblr.

Yes, we plan to allow NSFW content with very few restrictions. I don’t have any particular insight into why Tumblr is making this decision but if I had to guess, it’s because allowing NSFW content conflicts with their need for the site to be marketable and safe for advertisers– Pillowfort on the other hand plans to derive most of its revenue from user subscriptions, meaning that we will be beholden to our actual userbase and not outside advertisers and can therefore have more leeway in what we can host.

Not really a SS since I don’t do those… but I dedicate this to Bree since she’s been waiting for this to be written ever since I came up with this plot many mannnyyy months ago. Poor fic just kept getting knocked down.

I’m thinking of going to pillowfort... but I’m not sure they allow anything above PG13, lol. I’m kind of worry tho when I release the new mutilchapter because putting long writing under a cut on here has been horrible. I stopped doing that because it messed everything up. I guess I’ll have to just do text links D<

What ever the hell tumblr is doing, it’s destroying every blog right now that has tagging or links in their posts. I’m going to have to start putting links in text form only, and once again, which I hate doing, fics under cuts. Will that even work, tumblr?? or will you screw that one up, too?

Not to mention, it’s purging nsf*w blogs. TAKE OUT THE BOTS, NOT THE ACTUAL ARTISTS.
