If you are serious about changing your life in 2022 then you need to make sure you’re working on different areas of your life. i would suggest breaking down each category and choosing 2-3 minimum things every month then continue to add. remember that change doesn’t happen over night, it happens when you commit. you can be a completely different person. live a completely different life this time next year.

I definitely recommend having monthly goals, but also breaking them down by categories on what you’re going to work on, with bullet points for each.

Categories examples: Physical (health and fitness), emotions (meditation), intellectual (reading and learning), style, financial, career etc.

then create bullet points for the things you want to actually do or work on and put them on your calendar.
