on   top  of   her  bed  ,   phone   in  one  hand   and  a  pen  in   the   other.   wondering  if   it’s  even  worth  it   to   go   out  tonight  ,   but  she  doesn’t   want  to   let  another  person she   cares  about   down.   sitting   up   ,  clicking  her   pen  closed  and  huffing   a  little.

‘ i don’t mind. ‘ eudora responds quickly , pushing herself away from the kitchen counter to pace around the area. she wants audrey to be able to come to her for help or if she needs to talk , but she was willing to wait for whenever she was ready. whether that be now or later. ‘ yeah , my pops is on a business trip and mama is gonna be working late at the restaurant tonight. so , we’ll have the house to ourselves. ‘

despite how honest eudora is , she was never one for outright expressing how she feels , she much rather wait for the other person to act first just to avoid the heartbreak of being possibly rejected. yet , with audrey , she never really feared any rejection from her. maybe it had something to do with how comfortable she was around her. 

but , perhaps she still hesitated slightly when she started interacting with audrey more. mostly because she always found herself looking at the other princess whenever she would enter a room , unable to pull her eyes off of her until she would leave , something she would never admit unprompted. 

wouldn’t it be weird to tell a friend that you found her to be beautiful beyond compare even prior to talking to her?

she’s snapped away from her thoughts when she hears audrey’s voice , here they were , sitting on the floor of eudora’s dorm room. laid out in front of them was a jewelry making kit , eudora was attempting to make a bracelet for audrey and she was starting to think that maybe spelling out ‘ i love you ‘ on a friendship bracelet might be a little less friendly & a little more romantic. 

so , she starts looking for other letters to spell out something different , she’s pulling out the letters to spell ‘ you’re my best friend. ‘ in which makes her almost forget to respond to audrey’s question. ‘ what am i making? it’s .... something for you , but you can’t see it until i’m done , okay? ‘
