Thank You Veterans
I saw a sign that said, our freedom was not free, and that got me woundering about those who have died in the line of duty while serving for our country. I personaly dont know anyone who has died while serving.but my wifes grandpa was at Pearl Harbor the day it was bombed,I remember talking with him about it before he passed away,i asked him what it was like to be there at Pearl Harbor on that day,and with tears in his eyes he said Randy it was the damdest thing you ever saw.he spoke a little more about that day and that was the last time we spoke about it. Many lost thier lives that day on December 7 1941,he didnt, but he suffered his whole life from the memory of those deaths.he passed away on Jan. 1990.His name is Jack Roland Hall. Our Freedom Was not Free.from the begining of american history battles were fought and lives were lost in order for freedom to be established. From the American Revolutionary War,the Cival War,World War 1 and 2 Vietnam, Iraq and Afganistan and many other wars not mentioned, those who layed down thier lives did so for you and me to be able to live and choose and worship as we like, and to have the freedom that we take for granted.thank you to all of the Veterans for the freedom we have today…………….
