Whats the deal with fake ao3 sites?

More and more when I try to search up ao3 fics, tags or authors online I’ve only been getting results from these sites pretending to be ao3.

I usually only notice after I’ve clicked on the site, because I’m not logged in and it’s got the default skin and all, but I’ve had to start paying more attention. But it’s been making it harder to find stuff because I don’t get results from the actual site, does anyone know what the deal is?
