Disney’s Upcoming/Newest TV Couple

Y’know since the Princess and the Frog’s upcoming series takes place after the events of the movie, this means that Tiana and Naveen will be the second married Disney couple in an animated series, the first being Tarzan and Jane in The Legend of Tarzan. 

I made a post about this before, how whenever Disney makes a new animated series, the couples are never married during the show (like Aladdin and Jasmine or Rapunzel and Eugene), but instead we see their relationship grow and develop before they tie the knot.

Tiana and Naveen will be a rare exception to that rule like Tarzan and Jane were. It’s one of the reasons why I’m so excited for this new series because I can’t wait to see how much Tiana and Naveen’s relationship has progressed so much since the movie, what they are like as a married couple and of course get more amazing scenes of them together. They are a great couple and they deserve more screentime. (Not to mention, they are incredibly romantic with amazing chemistry together)
