Even when in 55 minutes it was a matter of life and death he still refused. And then in Dead Apple he went oh Dazai’s working with the enemy now? If I spot him I’m killing him then and there.

And then again in the Decay of Angels arc Akutagawa refuses to be Dazai’s spy because why should I care what happens to you…until he learns that Atsushi will be in danger.
