Friendly reminder that if your pool toy keeps trying to place you on top of them it's because of their natural instinct to keep you safe and out of water. This is most obvious when they're laying on their back and are attempting to keep you on their belly. My personal recommendation is to accept your fate and let your pool toy embrace you and keep you afloat, as this gives them ample enrichment. There really wasn't anything else that important that you were doing anyway.
