Thinking about tattoos makes me wonder if Darry would get one and I think he would but it wouldn't be something so big, small and meaningful.

Something cute I would think he would do would be the date of Pony and Soda's birthday on the inside of his arm. First, that's because he would never forget it and two, because they are his brothers and for Darry the most important thing in his life are his brothers.

Darry wouldn't let others see it, he wouldn't show it openly, he would wear clothes that cover it easily and since it's a small tattoo it's not visible at first glance and that's why he would have it.

I think if Soda and Pony saw the tattoo, they would feel grateful, they would pay much more attention to how much Darry cares about them and all the efforts he makes every day.

If Soda or Pony had an argument with Darry, they would remember the tattoo later and think that Darry wasn't mad at them, just worried and maybe even scared of losing them. They could take more things into account since they saw that tattoo, everything Darry does for them and how much he loves them as brothers.
