what kind of artists do you think alex and magnus would listen to?

i know it’s already canon magnus listens to 80s-90s rock/alt grunge, but who are some modern artists u guys think he’d listen to? same with alex? i’d love to hear everyone’s headcanons!!

something i hate about in the mcga fandom is that a lot of people are so quick to say alex will kill magnus because he did/said something she didn’t like, especially before they get into an established relationship (which isn’t seen in the books). alex fierro is not garroting his head off because he stared at her for too long 😭😭😭 and i hate always seeing this in fics about them. u guys need to understand the only reason she did that when they first met was to SAVE him from loki, she didn’t want to actually kill him. since the books are from magnus’s perspective we don’t get to hear a lot of alex’s genuine thoughts about him, but we can all easily gather from context clues that she cares a lot about magnus and is a also sarcastic person at heart, and she will make threats like that but she will obviously not follow through
