Alternate draft system proposal because this is boring as fuck: no draft order. Lock the GMs in a room with heavily restricted food and water rations. They can’t leave until they’ve argued or fought the entire draft out. The restricted food and water puts a natural time limit on it. We get livestream cameras of the room and everyone is mic’d up like on big brother.
