Reblog if you're a witch over 25 years old.
How many of us are on here?
It's about time I make another one of these posts
Please reblog if you post:
-Lokean -Ásatrú -Heathen -Witchcraft -Witchcraft advice -Pagan advice -Norse myths -Loki -Beginner pagan things -Norse Polytheism -Nature -Spells -Pagan art -Witchy art
DO NOT REBLOG IF: -you’re racist -anything nazi -homophobic -Transphobic
Yay. Now I know that y'all do all of the things up there in that list (without racism, homophobia and that other unnecessary sh*t) so re-blog this, won’t you? Thanks!
Shadow Animals: The Trickster and the Bringer of Death
Two difficult types of Shadow Animals are the Trickster and the Bringer of Death. Most Pagans are familiar with Tricksters since they know about Coyote and Loki, who transgress societal norms. The Bringer of Death is an animal who causes a near-death experience. People who undergo a Near-Death Experience (NDE) often gain more spiritual power by dying and then being reborn.

Strength and weakness are tangled things. They look so much alike, we often confuse them, the way we confuse magic and power.

Time zones are frustrating
Especially when your RPing partner lives across the country and you need their response to continue the story (but you understand because they gotta life too. )
“Recognizing your talents doesn’t mean believing they’re limitless. Accepting your strengths doesn’t lead to pride, but instead to humility; you’re less likely to resent what others have if you understand your own bounty.”
–Gina Barreca
I can’t believe this needs to be said again...
But the discussion seems to crop up again every time one of the Pagan holidays rolls around. Let’s clarify a few things. Not all witches are wiccan. Not all witches follow the rede. Not all witches believe curses are wrong. I am a wiccan. I don’t curse in my practice. If you do, it is absolutely none of mine, or my fellow wiccans’ business whether you do or not. I would highly encourage my fellow wiccans to keep their noses out of other people’s practices and follow the very rede which we seem to so often preach. Kindly, Luna P.S. For real though, a lot of us came from other religions where we had dogma vehemently enforced on us. Why are we doing the very same thing to other people??
Loki shirt!!!
For whatever reason the page is showing the back. Not the front. Click the thumbnail for the front.
I've started making tshirts and mugs and stuff to fund my college degree so I can keep making t shirts and coffee mugs. Lol share away!
Loki Month Post # 1
Yes these are out of order. I think it's rather fitting. I'm doing a lot of research into starting my own business, as in brick and mortar shop. It's been on my mind a lot and frankly, I'm sick of driving 60 miles to get my supplies. I need a name for the shop. I'm thinking about Huckleberry. It's not so pagan that my vanilla customer base would be shied away. I'm trying to figure out a name to honor Loki but it's tricky. Also fitting. He's being zero help with it as well. It's all His idea. I've no idea what I'm doing. Thought about Desert Gypsy which would bring in the middle aged hippies and pagans alike. He's been pushing this idea for so long, I've just given into it. He's inspired me. He pushed me. He moved me. Literally. He's shown me that the astral is real. He's changed my heart and my soul and has taught me to deal with the worst things in life. Now He's guiding me to something that will truly make me happy. And for that, He'll always have my love and devotion.
