She is Korean-Jewish but states she chose her alias because she strongly identified with Japanese culture growing up because it was the closest mainstream thing she could find to Korean culture. Mykki Blanco - Black Jewish gay man & rapper. He currently uses he/him pronouns bur has used different ones throughout his career and briefly believed he was transgender.
