- he’s canonically never been in a relationship before, but when he looks at you, he just knows that what he feels is love. there’s no other way to explain his uncharacteristic clumsiness around you, or how he thinks for two instead of one.
- keeps a note in his phone of every little thing you like, things you offhandedly compliment in passing shop windows, even links to recipes he thinks you’d like are hidden somewhere in there.
- he’s your boss, so he’s very kind about your hours — not in a way that’s unfair to others, but in one that shows he’s paying attention to you. he would definitely be the type of person to not let go of you in bed in the morning and sacrifice his own day just for you to get some rest.
- keeps different kinds of hot chocolate in his desk drawer for those certain late nights. you tell him to stop blowing his hard earned money on sugary drinks, he tells you to quit telling him to how live his life and hands you another cup of hot chocolate (LMFAO)
- you’re a power couple, no skirting around that. but, i personally think he’d advocate for keeping your relationship from the press! you’re both a big part of local news, what with being a senior lawyer infamous for never losing a case and his partner that’s only a graduate yet still quickly cementing their reputation in the legal world.
- but you walk out of courtrooms with cameras on you and he can’t help but put a stray arm around your waist. netizens may spread rumour after rumour, but it’s all artem will allow himself for a while. maybe one day you’ll choose to make it obvious? but no bad rumours want to be spread, and he’s content being with you in any form.
- i don’t remember if they got to this in the en version, but mans is an amazing cook. you save a lot of money by staying home and making things together, partly to honour your promise to stop ordering takeout and mostly to spend time with him.
- kisses the back of your hand a ton. also your shoulder, especially in the mornings. anywhere casual that he can reach tends to be his favourite, such as your cheek, forehead, even occasionally your neck!
- his love language is words of affirmation. i will 100% always stand by this. he will never cease to tell you that he’s proud of you, or miss the opportunity to tell you that you’ve done well either on a case or in life. this man also has a way with gazes omg have you seen some of his cgs anyways yeah, piercing adoration in those blue eyes. cuts through your soul in the best way.
- not into pda, but very much touch-oriented. he won’t require it, but having your hand in his or even just you hovering next to him will do more than any medicine could ever. celestine teases him for it all the time, and gives him all of the 'i told you so!’s she can, but no amount of teasing could keep him from placing a kiss on your forehead as you leave the office together at the end of the day.
- jealous very easily. luke may just be his normal cheerful self, vyn might make a comment that flies over your head or, even worse, marius and his flirty disposition may somehow make their way into your day. but, you’re truly strong in the way that you politely ignore them, or at the very least never indulge them. there might be a mini war between the four when it comes to you, but by all counts, artem has won it.
