I Enter My Daydream
There's a moment when it all came together, when everything I wanted to achieve from the bottom of my god damn soul became clear. I can't put a finger on when it was exactly, but it happened in the summer of 2014. I met my dear friend Nikki Born, and the more we hung out and I immersed myself in her world, everything made sense. I FIT into this world flawlessly. The way these people thought and created was the same way I thought and created. The innovation was endless. I began hanging out with her and the next thing I know, I'm starring in her movie. Our movie got rejected from our school's film festival, so the next thing I know, we're creating a film festival. A SUCCESSFUL one, at that. We had sponsorship from some incredibly well-known local businesses. We were getting front page stories in the DateBook section of the San Francisco Chronicle. We were getting mentioned on local radio stations, and getting articles in local magazines. I was getting recognized at work for my role in the movie and my marketing skills. I met a million people. I made connections I never thought possible. I began to grow into who I TRULY was, and the stars aligned and I began to walk through a universe that had opportunity at every turn. All I had to do was DECIDE I wanted it. At that point it began to manifest. And my inner bliss began.
