My very first youtube video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ChZ7plkvPXc
Welcome to my blog!Â
YAY! im so excited to finally start my Tumblr up. This is my very first time writing on here so my apologies if its a bit choppy. Since This is my very first post I wanted to write an introduction because im new here. Anyways My name is Madison and I run a youtube channel called”Madison’s Liife”. I am currently 23 years old and I have multiple disabilities. I share on the internet what its like living as an abled person.
Who am I?Â
My name is Madison like I said at the beginning of the blog. I am currently 23 years old and I am disabled. I don't have just one disability I have multiple. I was born with DiGeorge Syndrome, Tetralogy of Fallot, Severe scoliosis, Chronic pain and major anxiety. I had a major spine surgery and several heart surgeries. I had my spinal fusion done in 2015 because of how severe my scoliosis curve was. My curve was at 145 degrees and it was literally crushing my life. My spine dr told me I had 5 years left if we didn't do the surgery. I always say my spine dr saved my life because he did! I probably would have been much worse by now. Anyways im not able to do much because of all the chronic pain ideal with daily. It can be hard at times but id rather be in this position then not be here because of my spine. I want to save my scoliosis story for another post to keep the suspense. But after my spinal fusion i have looked at life in a more positive way. Im so happy and thankful to be here all the time.Â
Anyways I have a total of 4 sisters im the oldest out of them all. They call me the little big sister. I live with my mom, stepdad, and stepsister along with our dogs. we have a total of 3 dogs. I love to help take care of them and they spend a lot of time in my room with me.  I have a huge family and i love them a lot. Spending time with family mean a lot to me. We recently moved to this huge house and it came with a pool.Â
We love our house my mom and I always say it every day. My hobbies include going outside, swimming, playing video games, writing, taking photos of my dogs and my self occasionally. I watch a lot of Netflix, youtube, and some tv not much though. I spend most of my time online and when im offline am tending to my dogs giving them lots of attention. Oh and hugs and lots of rubbings.Â
Why am I blogging?
I was inspired by other disabled creators on the internet about there blogs to start one up. Also, i wanted my youtube viewers to have a place to read about extra things in my life that I don't talk about on camera. Which I thought was brilliant. I was inspired to become a youtuber and a blogger by other disabled creators I thought they were so brave to share there story so why couldn't I do it. I feel like if I set my mind to something I could do it just like them.
What am I going to be blogging about?
Im going to be posting about what its like to have my disabilities, to spread more awareness, to share the positive side of being an abled person.Â
When am I going to be posting?Â
I will be posting whenever I can and when my chronic pain /health will behave.Â
Who am I writing for?
Lastly, im writing for me and for others who might be going through what I am daily. I want to maybe connect with you and you're always welcomed to message me or leave a comment. I'll try my best to answer your questions to the best of my abilities. One thing that im mainly thankful for is being disabled. Im so proud to be disabled and I wouldn't give up the way im living now to be normal. it would just be plain weird. anyways I want to thank you for reading my little post.
